I was told that they had change their part numbers and because of new numbering system my warranty was no longer valid. I went in with my purchase invoice and was told too bad my Alternator now longer was under warranty. I ended up purchasing another one reluctantly as I needed to get my truck working now. Upon completing my purchase I was told my new alternator had a lifetime warranty... I just laughed. I will be visiting the competition in the future. 1 Star for not honoring a life time warranty!

They tried to figure out what the problem would be and told us if we could get it going enough to get it there they could run diagnostics and let us know anything else to help solve the problem. I have been very disappointed in the service here. I have been in several times, but each time I…read morego in there is never a "hi" or a welcome of any kind. I have wandered around for 10-15 minutes before getting help when there are available associates, just to get told they didn't want to bother us. The parts I needed were behind the counter anyway!! I have never been offered to have parts tested before replacing them, so we have spent lots of money there for things that could've been fine. I was never offered their reward program so I never got to benefit from the discounts that I could have had on the $400+ we have spent there. I've never received advice and explanations like I've seen them give others.. men mostly. I don't know if its because I'm am older woman, not a man, but I've now taken my business elsewhere!!!

We got our oil changed before a 10 hour road trip and we got there and our light came on saying low…read moreoil pressure. Walmart forgot to put the oring on after changing our oil so that whole drive oil was slowly leaking out all over our engine and car and they could've caused us serious engine repairs and being in a different state we had to take care of it. I will never go back there for an oil change after they made such a simple mistake that could've easily been avoided by making sure they did what they were supposed to and it caused us so much money to fix.
