Through the recommendation of my doctor I was tested through Immuno Labs for possible food sensitivities. My test results showed that I was sensitive to 93 of the 154 foods for which I was tested. This was a total shock to me, and required a completely new way of eating for me. The only way I have been able to adhere to this new philosophy of food is through the great support I have been receiving from Kinsey Van Druten, Holistic Health Practitioner with Immuno Labs. She has sent me numerous recipes, answers my many questions, and continues to encourage me along the way. She has suggested books, blogs, and websites that relate to my issues, which have been extremely helpful. I have never had such excellent customer service from anyone anywhere before Kinsey. She is that one in a million - outstanding!

Lisa Nazario has blown me away with her helpfulness, kindness and with how informative she is. I am having testing done for my little daughter which is already a stressful time - she has made me feel so confident that not only will they find out what foods she is allergic to but that Immuno Labs will be there for us throughout her diagnosis and beyond. I feel so such confidence that I needed to yelp this now during the process. They are a wonderful company and REALLY care about their patients. I wish all companies could have employees like Lisa M. 5 Stars!!!

Today they are headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey and operate 2,000 patient locations and dozens of clinical laboratories throughout the U.S. Services they offer include diagnostics, clinical trials, risk management, and drug screening. I like that the Quest website is user friendly. I can easily see available appointments across their many locations, book the appointment, and when ready I can quickly see my results that includes easy to understand information so I know what they mean. I needed to have blood work before an upcoming procedure and I was going to use a different location but I waited until the last minute and was only able to get an appointment here. This location is located in the Northridge shopping plaza on the corner of Commercial Blvd and Dixie Hwy. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the plaza along with a Publix if you need a drink or food after your appointment. The morning of my appointment I received the link to check in when I arrived. It wasn't even 5 minutes after checking in that I was taken back. I had my blood drawn on one take even though I have notoriously hard to find veins and there was only a very small bruise. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and I was on my way. For the best possible experience bring your lab orders from your doctor and book your appointment ahead of time to avoid long wait times at the centers. I had a good experience here and would use them again.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The process was smooth, and I received my results very quickly, which I truly appreciated. The facility overall was decent and the visit felt efficient and comfortable. My only concern is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. They were unfortunately very dirty and in need of serious attention. In a healthcare setting, cleanliness especially in restrooms is extremely important. I hope management addresses this because it definitely impacts the overall experience. Other than that issue, the service and staff were wonderful.

Which I love for people who may not be able to pay and still want to get their health checked. I prefer to come first thing in the morning because it's kind of a first come first served type thing. So if you get in line late you could be waiting a while. That said I'm usually in and out. Staff is always pleasant, they know their stuff, and they can answer any questions you may have. They know how to make you feel comfortable while doing their job. That's a skill! The results are delivered via your healthvana account so you don't have to return to the clinic unlike other places. So that's nice. I will say one downside if you're a newcomer is they do not answer the phones. If you have questions your best bet is to just go in because the phones never get answered and I doubt they return phone calls. But, it has been years since I've called so who knows? Maybe that's changed. Anywho it's always spotless here which is a plus. It can get a bit chilly so maybe bring a light jacket. Otherwise great place.

I sat outside that door for 40 minutes with several other patients, seeing no movement or sign of life inside. At 10:10, I finally knocked. A woman opened the door and immediately blamed "the system being down" for not knowing who had appointments or checked in. I politely asked why no one had simply thought to open the door, look outside, and tell us what was going on. That would have taken five seconds. She got defensive and rude, repeating that their system was down as if that explained why she couldn't use her eyes and common sense. She also said they couldn't do any blood draws while the system was down -- yet still didn't think to communicate that to the line of patients waiting right outside the door. When I tried again to explain, she cut me off and slammed the door in my face mid-sentence. No apology. No empathy. Nothing. Just attitude and incompetence. If this is how LabCorp trains its staff, they've lost my business permanently. I'll be using Quest from now on -- at least they know how to open a door.
