Sometimes a relationship runs its course and when your wellbeing and peace are being constantly compromised, its time to move on. Today is that day... Been a patient for years and stuck by, despite it going downhill rapidly because essentially I felt she was a gifted physician (but terrible business owner) and I did CARE about her! Expect the following: Absolutely rude, uncaring, untrained and unprofessional staff especially Alexandra. Unbelievably unacceptable behavior. Bramwell Pusey (the husband) "office manager" doesnt return calls, emails, messages, etc. And is absolutely clueless (see image below). What qualifications makes him a fit office manager anyway? Nepotism? Dudes just bad for business. Unacceptable long wait times even though the waiting areas are absolutely empty. Overbilling. Misdiagnosis. Not seeing a real doctor. SHE IS NEVER THERE. Perpetual revolving door of short term temporary and inexperienced interns. They refuse to cooperate in medical transfer of records and will hold them hostage in violation of Florida Statue 395.3025. Wants lab results? Call Quest and they will email them to you asap. 18666978378 The blatant financial manipilation is absolutely atrocious. Cried all day out of frustration. Just need antibiotics!!! READ THE HIDDEN REVIEWS. Looking for another primary. I can not continue to recommend a questionable medical practice that doesnt have my health (or others) in its best interest...they put my health in jeopardy by missing a respiratory infection in June and not calling me with irregular blood results. Sayonara. Wish Dr. GP the best. 1 Timothy 6:10 Other options: Www.Doctorondemand.com $30 with Stacey694 code. Script within 5 mins. Or Teladoc.com R-U-N.

This office is dreadful. They they are extremely disorganized, have no respect for your time and create policies that result in unnecessary copays through the claims of "mandatory labs". Since they are so disorganize you aren't aware of these policies until your prescription runs out. Mind you, even if you call 2 weeks before your script running out, nobody every takes the time to call you back to explain these ridiculous policies. So while you think they are just moving slow because of their obvious chaotic nature, really its incompetence that fuels this office. Let describe my short lived time (7 months) with this horrid office: First they lost my urine sample, how that happens.. laziness thats how. When they called to ask if I left a sample I said "Of course I left it in the cupboard with the sign, did you check both cupboards", to which she replied "yes". Except that was a lie. Because when I drove back 7 DAYS later to give another sample, I opened the cupboard, and what did I see staring at me, my urine sample (pictured below). So this tells me a couple of things, one that cleanliness is not a top priority in this office, and 2 their employees are not willing to go the extra step to assist their clients. Not sure how a urine sample goes unnoticed for a week, but ok. Second, it is clear that their real priority is how much money they can make off of you. They set these ridiculous policies, that require you to come in for blood work every 3 months. That way, they can charge you a copay, and also charge your insurance. Instead of the customary practice of 6 month blood work to monitor sugars. I mentioned this to my other medical professionals that I see and they confirmed that the only reason an office would do this to monitor sugars is to profit off of their clients. I have been on this prescription for 8 years and have always had my blood drawn twice a year. We as consumers have to stop empowering individuals with dishonest practices. I wanted to support this office but their greed and inability to respect their clients has caused me to changed my tune. Now lets get to customer service. If your appointment is at 4, best believe you will be waiting until at least 6 to be seen. But being patient is not the problem, it is the staff's disrespect that creates the real friction. Imagine CHOOSING a doctor's office to only be spoken to in a condescending manner. When I explained to them that my insurance will not cover a prescription unless it is 90 days, their response was "you don't have $15 dollars for your prescription?" with judgement dripping from their tone. Personally I did not know how much the cost of the medication would be without insurance, but simply stood on the principle that I pay for insurance so I shouldn't have to pay full price. She didn't care and stated that she would simply "give me the $15 since I didn't have it". I was stunned by this response because this is one of the worst economic times for many people, and her judgement was not necessary. Especially since I made a CHOICE when selecting this practice. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. Unless you want to be disrespected, have your time wasted, be called at obscene hours (11PM) for a phone appointment that was scheduled for 6PM, have your appointments forgotten, I would avoid these people at all cost. RUN!!!

When they took out my blood they did it wrong, the lady started moving the needle inside of me. Unacceptable!!!!!!

Front office staff have a very poor attitude, focus on payment before even understanding the needs of the patient. Don't waste your time.

I Love Doctor Gordon, but when you wait 3 hours before you get in it's horrible.

I have been taking blood pressure medication for over 20 years and recently ran out, so I urgently requested a refill. The person who answered the call did not provide her name and refused to even ask the doctor about issuing a refill. Instead, she blamed me for missing my prior appointment. I apologized and explained that this medication is medically necessary, but my concern was dismissed. Due to this experience, I decided to cancel my appointment and seek care elsewhere. I believe patients should be treated with understanding and professionalism, especially when it involves essential, long-term medication. I strongly recommend that staff answering patient calls receive additional training on how to communicate with and support patients appropriately.

I am so busy with kids and work that I didn't realize I haven't been to primary care for a check up other than when I saw June for allergy shots. Got here at 10:18am. Called to the back at around 11:30am. The nurse is always nice and warm. Dr. Leslie introduced me to the new Allergist, Liz, who was really nice.

I'm really glad I finally found that with Dr. Singh. This is the first time I've had a primary doctor who focuses on prevention and takes a comprehensive view of all aspects of my health. She genuinely takes the time to get to know me as a person and as a patient, rather than just a yearly visit. She dedicates as much time as needed--often scheduling multiple appointments to make sure everything is thoroughly covered--and she's always accessible for ongoing questions and support. Everyone in the office is kind, efficient, and very helpful. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Singh and her team, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized, and prevention-focused care. I look forward to continuing my care with Aspire Health.

Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.
