If you enjoy and have the time to push one, three, four, zero on your phone pad and continue to go around and around on a merry-go-round with a machine, leave messages and not get calls back, receive cancellations the day of your appointment and still not be able to reach anyone regarding your labs that they failed to call in medication for as told then this is the place for you. I'll give 2 stars because Dr Manella and Dr Romero are both great, as are a couple of nurses who have been with this office a long time But the rest of the support staff is completely awful. Rude, copping attitudes, angry and just all around terrible to deal with. The woman at the checkout is nasty, always side-eyeing patients and blaming others for her own mistakes. It's a shame, as I've been with Dr Manella for over 20 years and it didn't used to be this way. read more

For an emergency appointment that I made over the phone today and confirmed TWICE!! Was for 3:30pm today. I walked in and was told no sorry the appointment was for 3:00pm. I said that is incorrect it was 3:30 and I confirmed that with the woman I spoke with earlier who did all she could to get me in at that specific time. Then upon arrival the young and very insecure man who was having a bad day and lashing out about it, says I'm wrong and then says "please don't yell at me". I said to him "who is yelling at you?" He said "no one". So I said "then stop being a bitch". He then says "excuse me!" No sir, you are not excused for your ridiculous behavior and I will spend the rest of my time on earth telling everyone I ever meet of this incident. I could tell this guy hates his job or is over being yelled at by patients. The problem with that is why are all these patients yelling at him. It's because their appointment system is terrible, their service is terrible and the fact that they turned me away for an emergency visit is abhorrent. The worst office on earth. read more

Dr Edele was the best. Since they sold the practice it has gone down hill. They have a call center where the lady doesn't understand you. They let Dr Edele go. Worst decision ever. The office staff used to be amazing. Not so much anymore. Guess they got too big to care. read more

This use to be a really good practice now they are not. no one answers the phone, you can't reach the office manager. the Dr nurse responds sometimes. Every time I speak to Dr.Romero nurse she sounds upset even hung up on me last week. Prescriptions are taking over 3 weeks. Customer services is really bad now it's unfortunate cause the Dr is really good and nice. They need to hire more people to assist the patients, that actually like their job because it seems they don't want to be there. Outsourcing customer is not a good idea for an office practice. read more

Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this practice. Office staff is rude and does not want to deal with you. I called originally to make my annual wellness check. After my visit I received a hefty lab bill and was told that I didn't go in for a physical. Even though that's what I called to make and what I assumed was performed at the appointment. Staff repeatedly dodged my calls and then explained to me that I never went in for a physical. They performed certain labs tests that were not a part of a physical without clarifying those tests are not included. One staff member originally told me she was confused why I was billed because those lab tests are included in a regular physical and then the other shut it down and said they weren't. Just found the whole experience to be extremely sneaky and unprofessional. read more

I'm always happy coming here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurse practitioners take the time to listen to you. Dr. Manella explains things without talking down to you. I was offered several new tests that I decided to take. After all, knowledge is power. This office stays on the cutting edge of technology. The antioxidant screening was cool. read more

I went in to see a doctor due to losing my voice. Dr. Dubin did not even attempt to prescribe me anything. Mind you, I told her I had a sore throat earlier in the week and which resulted into a cold. All she did was a strep throat test and COVID test. I refuse to see anyone else other than Dr Edele. read more

Called this doctors office to make a first time appointment and no one picked up the phone. Called repeatedly between 4-5pm and kept getting an answering machine. At no time did someone pick up. Not sure how a doctors office can be efficient if they are not picking up the phone when their patients call them. Will not be coming to see this doctor. read more

Called to make a new patient appointment. During the conversation the appointment day changed 3 times. Finally set for 94 days out. This was due to being a Medicare yearly exam an hour was needed. The day before appointment received a call to confirm appointment. Later in day at 5:30PM received another call to tell me the appointment I scheduled would not happen as we needed to do some sort of new patient appointment. THIS WAS NOT KNOWN WHEN I FIRST CALLED! Or when they confirmed earlier in day! My previous doctor retired And now I waited 94 days for nothing. The office staff was rude when calling me to cancel the appointment. Dr. Manella used to be in Weston but then she moved and opened up her own practice in Pembroke Pines. She takes the time to explain things to you and really shows compassion and care for her patients. When I moved to Orlando I still drove here to see her. I can not say enough about her. Her office is immaculately clean and very fresh and serene versus cold like. Excellent practice --you can't go wrong! read more

Dr. Manellas office has been taking care of my husband for 4 years now. I have never seen such a caring and competent staff! Everyone from the front desk to back office and ALL doctors are tremendous! They are always on top of everything and treat you with the utmost respect and care. They greet us with a smile and never show the frustration that naturally comes with this important work. My husband has met with ALL doctors in this practice and every single one has a different personality as expected but all are extremely attentive to considering all aspects of what could be affecting him as well as what possible solutions are for his care. What I also love is each place they have referred us to for a specialty has been great and they actually assist us with the appointment or paperwork or anything that we need. Nicole is their Office Administrator and has been the very best front office person we have ever dealt with at ANY type office. While all doctors have been great, my husband recently has had the most experience with Dr. Scott Adele who really knows how to reach my husband! I used to be a patient for many years from the days when she was located in Weston, however, I can no longer recommend Dr. Manella.

I guess shes great if youre a house wife without a job or schedule to get back to. The office is very nice and the staff is pretty good, but the wait time is unreal. After reading the other reviews it seems like things were better when she was in Weston. here in Pines, I schedule appointments to see HER, not her assistant, or intern, but thats all I get. She schedules me for test after test after test and has yet to come up with anything concrete, and schedules me to come back, just to collect the copay for the office visit. She seems like a nice person, but I dont like being treated by interns or waiting 45+ min after scheduling my appointment. I dont feel like they value my time read more

Love this practice! About two years ago they dropped my insurance but picked it up again recently and I was all too happy to go back. The physician and staff are so friendly and usually on time. Love the personalized attention they give and call backs are made promptly. Definitely a GREAT choice if you need a primary physician....Dr Manella is WONDERFUL! read more

I've been a patient of Dr.Manella since early 2000 and never had a problem with the staff, I never was able to see the Dr only her ARNP's and not having insurance for awhile was unable to see again till January of this year and again never saw the Dr, her schedule was booked for 2 months and scheduled me with her ARNP. I have a history of severe TMJ and was given a particular medication off and on and when I had explained all my treatment history to the nurse Tiegan is her name, she stated I needed to an ENT for my TMJ and then also said I had a heart murmur very light, she never went over with Dr. manella to get a second opinion to hear my heart and took it upon herself to tell me this is what I need to do and only gave me a fraction of the medication I needed. So I went and got a second opinion and everything was bull crap. Overall the office had Always been nice and clean, put please book your appointment with the doctor directly. read more

She really knows her patients and always takes the time to listen to them and then explain to them what's happening and what their options are. Her staff is always friendly and helpful and always willing to answer any questions I may have regarding test scheduling or billing.
