There was ZERO communication when I placed the order, when it was confirmed via email, nor when I picked up the order in person that they opted to substitute a flavor on their own... I'm guessing they were just out of stock?? (even though I ordered in advance to prevent this issue). Had it been communicated, I would have either changed my order or added an oreo Bundt cake while in store. Instead, we opened the box hours after pickup only to watched my husband disappointed that it did not contain what he wanted for his birthday. For $32 it is absolutely ridiculous to not even get the flavors advertised. I submitted a complaint on the website but received zero response after several weeks, not even an apology. We love the product but since these are FRANCHISED locations, I would suggest going to any other location besides this one!!!

Went to 3 different Crumbls for work purposes this week. First one I purchased from was the GWV…read morelocation. It was a standard visit. Ordered what I needed online for pick up. The cookies are overpriced IMO, but the offices I deliver to LOVE them. I was greeted when I entered, the space was clean and my order was bagged and ready upon pick up. If you have the app, they also ask you to review your experience and the taste of the cookies. There are local spots I'd prefer, but again this is a work purchase and would order again bc of ease, cleanliness and friendly staff.
