First off, they're like the other popular pink box spot where the cookies are quite large. They're about the size of my palm. I use a knife to cut the cookie to share with others. Dirty Dough specializes in stuffed cookies with filling inside. The flavors do rotate. I ordered: the candy bar, Cap'n Crunch, cookies and cream, and chocolate chip. My favorite was the candy bar because it was like a giant peanut butter cup cookie. The cookies are chewy and soft. The filling is baked just right where it's not super liquidy. Overall, it's a solid cookie and satisfied my cravings. Give them a try if you're in the Parker area.
