Great stop to get your fancy macaron fix! But make sure you what about 30-45 minutes for the macarons to come up to room temp to allow the flavors to bloom. Well if this isn't the cutest little dessert spot, I don't' know what is! After putting our name on the waitlist next door, the bright sign with the word "macaroons" on it caught my eye. In typical Katie fashion, I dragged my brunch guests along for the ride and we were not disappointed.  Here's why: STAR #1:  Although small, the space is seriously so so cute. First greeted by a honeycomb wall and crystal chandelier, the space oozes class, yet creates a comfortable and welcoming vibe! The brightly colored walls, intricately placed décor and natural light made us feel a little bit glamorous yet indulgent! STAR #2: The shop is owned and operated by a local couple - Michelle and Brent (and their daughters!) who fell in love with French macaroons and decided it was time to perfect their own take on the classic French recipe - which is hard to do at elevation! They also own and operate local bee hives - and the honey collected is used in their signature "honey" macaroon, and also sold in jars! Talk about supporting local! STAR #3: HOLY MACARONS! A variety of flavors are offered - ranging from sweet to savory - booze filled to a fancy unicorn design perfect for any party - ps. They also cater!! Sold individually or sleeves of 6 or 12, it's choosing the flavors that's the hard part! After selecting a sleeve for our neighbor (for her birthday) we settled on a sleeve for us as well - with a variety of flavors! We opted for Bourbon Buttercream, Chocolate/olive oil/basil/pepper, fig/goat cheese/pear/walnut, red velvet and their signature honey! It's hard to pick a favorite because each one was seriously divine! Every bite was perfect, light, crispy and delicious! Bonus - each macaron is gluten free! STAR #4: The handsome young man behind the counter was so wonderful in greeting us as soon as we entered the space, gave us a brief history of the establishment and provided us with excellent recommendations/flavors to appease our palates. This location is NOT closed. The business was sold, but one week later, it was reopened by new owners. As of today, the name remains the same. While I have had my fair share of Macarons in the past, what struck me about these particular Macarons is this business creates infused Macarons (see pictures). They rotate their flavors based on the time of the year and month. I tried the Crème de menthe Macaron in April, and in June, I tried the Amaretto Macaron. The Crème de menthe was my favorite, but the Amaretto did not disappoint! Both of these were delicious! When I visited the store in April, the previous owner shared that the business would close at the end of the month and that she was moving to Canada. I was disappointed because I felt I had stumbled upon a unique dessert, and I wanted to go back to see what flavors they would have in the future. However, in June, I happened to be in the location and noticed an "Open" sign, so I took a chance and walked in. It was shared that the business had closed, but one week later, the business was bought, and there were new owners. I asked if they were doing the infused macarons, and the answer was yes! It was explained that they are rotating their infused flavors, and for June, it was Amaretto, so I thought I would try it. Delicious! I adore this place and have been several times because my best friend is gluten free, as are her children. The whole bakery is gluten free, making this the best place to get them treats. I have also fallen in love with these decadent desserts. They are small and not too heavy of a treat, but they pack a punch. The owner is so nice and I've always had a good check out experience. I've had Honey B's multiple times (even had their "macaronuts" from National Donut Day) and used them to make our wedding "cake" since neither my husband nor I are big cake fans. I am coming out of my Yelp review retirement to recommend Honey B's Macarons in Highlands Ranch. This place is an absolute gem! My wife has to enjoy gluten free desserts and it can often be a challenge finding good GF desserts. Honey B's is the answer. Their macarons are a delightful fusion of perfect texture and exceptional flavors. The wedding almond is a personal favorite, offering a delicate and refined taste that's hard to resist. But the seasonal chocuéte flavor? It's like biting into an elevated version of a Reese's peanut butter cup - pure bliss! Honorable mention go to the Fig and Goat Cheese savory macaron and my kid's favorite, birthday cake flavor. Beyond the delectable treats, what truly stands out is their warm and friendly service. I became a fan of macarons years ago when I was informed they are quite different from macaroons, the coconut cookie I do not like. Ever since then I've grown to appreciate the art and delicate flavor of a well made macaron. So I was happy to find this store on Yelp. We were visiting in the Denver area and had time to stop in and check out Honey B'a Macarons. The person who assisted us was so helpful and well-informed about flavors and ordering options. She boxed and wrapped my "6-sleeve" order making it look special. It was a fun experience! And the macarons were amazing to look at. They offer a menu in alphabetical order to help with selections. They also do events but I have no additional information on that. The variety of flavors was classic to creative and everything in between. Check out their website for more photos. We got an orange dreamsicle, a dulce de leche, a coffee, a dark chocolate, a vanilla, a birthday cake, a pistachio, and a fig, goat cheese, pear & walnut macaron. I can't believe I've forgotten to review this business before! My wife found Honey B's on Instagram and we went to check them out back in 2017. Large parking lot, but can get very crowded. Clean interior, great presentation of macarons and love their decorations. Everyone that works there has been so friendly. Flavors are great! The honey one is our favorite! We try to stop by whenever we can since we're about an hour away! We liked it so much we asked them to provide their delicious macarons for our wedding. Michelle was so helpful through the entire process and the display for our wedding looked amazing. Everything went smoothly and there were no issues at all. I think I can honestly say that before Honey B's I had never had a Macaron. Going forward, my standards are going to be set extremely high. Everything from the packaging to the taste was incredible. Each flavor macaron was painted delicately with a different color which was a subtle indication of which were the same or different. The flavors blew my mind and they were so creative. My favorites had to have been chocolate, olive oil, basil & pepper macaron (that's all one!) and lavender. It took all of my will power to not eat all 12 in one sitting. I definitely recommend Honey B's for gift-giving - especially for people who are gluten-free - or just for a treat yourself day! Can't wait until I have another reason to buy some. read more

This is such a great little shop. The owner is French and they make all of their stuff fresh everyday. They even have a monthly macaron and it is always amazing. The macarons are so good and light . The staff here is also very welcoming and super nice. They keep it super clean and its always fun to come here for a little treat. We stopped in today looking to kill some time before a movie, and this was one of the only places in the area still open. It comes up when searching Yelp for coffee shops, which is inaccurate. There is no coffee here (sad!). Instead, they have macarons upon macarons! Our clerk was great. He was so knowledgeable about the macarons and had great recommendations. It's a very very tiny shop. Not many employees. They have about a medium selection of choices to choose from but they have a good variety of flavors. They offer pricing per macaroon or by boxes. It comes out to about $2.50 each. The owner has a bee farm, so they sell all the fresh honey in store for $7 a jar. Their products are gluten free. It's made with almond flours. Their macaroons do need to be refrigerated after 7 hours (recommended), in an air tight container. They will last a few days in the fridge or a few months in the freezer. Make sure you wait a few minutes after taking it out of the fridge to eat them so they aren't to soft. They're macaroons taste authentic and delicious. They take orders but it's usually 3 weeks ahead of when you need them. A month or more when the holidays hit. Friendly service. Very detailed with their descriptions about flavors. read more

Today I had the outstanding pleasure of having macarons from Honey B's Macarons. They had quite a good selection of flavors to choose from and even more choices if you have them special ordered for an event or special occasion! I included a photo of the selections, they do say that some flavors are seasonal and can change. The entire store is gluten free! They also have no artificial flavors or colors, sweeteners, or preservatives. They offer vegetarian and lactose-free options as well. I bought the lemon, pistachio, orange dreamsicle, wedding almond, and two of the house speciality honey. Every one of them was delicious! My husband and I both loved them! They were all light and airy but perfectly chewy like a classic macaron. I was in Denver last weekend for my best friend's wedding, and wanted to order a bunch of macarons for the bride & bridesmaids since we were having a sleepover the night before the wedding and macarons are the bride's favorite. I ordered from Honey B's after reading their great reviews and everything from start to finish was amazing! I was easily able to place an order through their website. I built my own 6-pack and 12-pack so that we could try different flavors. I also paid $15 to have them delivered downtown since I did not have a car to go pick them up. The macarons were delivered earlier than expected, and packed gently so that they wouldn't break. When we opened them that night, they were all so beautiful, colorful, and generous in size! And OMG THEY TASTED AMAZING! I'll admit I was never a big fan of macarons. I always thought they were too sweet but these were the best I have ever had. They were so tasty and they also had a lot of unique flavors that I have never heard of. Everyone loved the wedding almond flavor too! We ate these so fast and they were the perfect dessert treat! Honey B's came HIGHLY recommended by a new Yelp friend. Bookmarked immediately, I was somehow at the store within 3 days. I'm a really dedicated Yelper, you know.. It's a very small store, but adorable and perfectly decorated for whatever Holiday is right around the corner. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and energetic and very knowledgeable about the store, their flavors, and gave instructions on the best way to eat them. That's how you know these are freshly made with love: a true French macaron has a fairly short shelf life. And they are NOT easy to make hence the typically high price tag. A sleeve of 6 is $18 here, but I noticed a pre-packed bundle of 14 smaller macarons for only $17. It was explained that these are the ones that come out the oven slightly smaller. A smidge less filling in between, but just as delicious. My bundle came with blueberry jam, coffee, dulce de leech, honey, lemon, vanilla, pumpkin, and wedding almond. I've tasted a few and they have the perfect slight crisp on the outside with a chewy, gooey center. Exactly how French macarons should be. They have a good selection of other flavors too: a few of their classics include pistachio, dark chocolate, salted caramel. But also some unique flavors like pink peppercorn and orange creamsicle. They have a TON of other special flavors though that I am for SURE coming back to try: London fog? fig, goat cheese, pear & walnut? Yes and yes, please. read more

First I want to say, you're missing out if you haven't tried these macarons! They're literally perfect in every way. The owner Michelle is incredibly nice too. I ordered some macs for my sisters bridal shower and when I went to pick them up there was a tiny problem (I really wouldn't even call it a problem), but Michelle got on the phone with me to talk through it, fixed the problem and then HAND DELIVERED them to our venue site the next day, which isn't that close to her shop!
