I don't appreciate the "bait and switch" pricing tactic. Lifeline Screening advertises one price but then they hit you with an additional fee for the "Doctor reading the results". I don't mind paying the higher fee, just be upfront and honest and advertise the true price. read more

This is a "Bait and Switch" operation. I was mailed a brochure for their screening. It appeared to be a good deal as I am a member of the MOOSE Lodge and they had a special offer to members. When I called to make an appointment, they not only did not give me the promotion but tacked on additional $200.00 for additional screening services. I explained to the person on the other end that I wanted what was offered in the mail. They kept pushing me to sign up for more and I explained this to this woman that I wanted what was offered. After 5 minutes of her trying to "hard Sell" me, I told her forget it, I was finished, and I hung up. They tried to call me back several times and I just didn't answer. 'BUYER BEWARE"!!! read more

We were in an old room with water stained ceilings. The staff were bored and rude. We waited forever and it was evident that it was just a huge money making operation. I won't trust the results so it was a waste of time and money. read more
