The prices were all over the place.i figured that I was going to look at it for another 20 years , so I wanted a good company. I don't want a half ass jobI. I looked at the reviews from yelp. I narrowed it down to 3 companies. Nick was a great. Great quality siding, great workmanship. This company wasn't the cheapest. But, I felt I got a lot of value for my money. The workers were skillful, neat and did not fool around. For two weeks people around my neighborhood were congratulating me for my new house!! The house looks spectacular. I never imagined it was going to to that good. I'm the type of person that likes to review a company really well. Because I don't want anybody to be mislead. I had a great experience, no headaches, no surprises. Smooth sailing!

When I asked them to justify their quote, they couldn't do it. I asked for a copy of the contract that detailed the warranty and they said they don't hold those records so they couldn't provide one. I would seriously have anyone else on the planet do any work for me before I hire AHR again.

The quote was around the middle of the ones I saw, and I got a good vibe from Michael, so I decided to go with them. I'm incredibly happy with the work they did - they matched the existing features (trim, door style etc) of the house perfectly. They had good ideas and brought up things to consider, and additional costs for any changes along the way were reasonable. The guys who worked at my house were incredibly friendly and polite. The work turned out amazing - better than I had even hoped. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely go back to them for any similar work in the future.

He took my deposit of $2,000.00 on January 24, 2023 to do the Plumbing and Electric, for an apartment I was fixing and he disappeared, apparently the word to use is: STOLE MY MONEY. He never came back. Beware of this man, do not give him your business. BEWARE OF FAKE CONTRACTORS! This is one you should add to your DO NOT CALL LIST. I have reported him to the Attorneys Generals Office in Newark and he will have to pay me back sooner or later! DO NOT USE HIM! He is unreliable and will take your money! Also always CONTRACTORS for provide of Insurance by providing you with a Certificate of Insurance to prove he carries General Liability and Worker Compensation PLUS have them add you as additional Insured. Donald, Tanisha and their 3D's renovations team have been wonderful. I am completely renovating a…read more3-unit building in Jersey City and brought their team in after demolition to put the house back together. They installed drywall, floor tile, wall tile, and trim beautifully. His painting team did a fantastic job painting numerous rooms, ceilings, and the entire 3 floor staircase. Donald was also happy to help with smaller projects such as cutting holes in the brick wall to install wall AC units, helping me build custom cabinets, tightening lose faucets, mounting dishwashers, leveling floors, the list goes on and on. The best part about the team is that they will do the job correctly with a high level of attention to detail. If I am not completely satisfied with something, they are more than happy to re-do it from scratch to make me satisfied. They are also very flexible with timing and have often come out on a Saturday to complete something that needed to be done. I had an issue with a plumber (not related to 3D) that I used to install the shower pans in the bathrooms that caused a leak inside the wall. Donald came out immediately (on a Saturday) and replaced the entire shower assembly to fix someone else's mistake. Another important factor to hiring someone is the ability to trust someone in your home and feel comfortable in discussing money and issues that come up in every construction job. I have been completely comfortable with the team in my house without anyone there to supervise, and any discussions on costs for additional work I am requesting has been very reasonable. I will be submitting GORGEOUS pictures as soon as everything is cleaned up to demonstrate just how great 3D's renovations has been! :)
