She teaches in such a way that the entire class flow works your body from top to the bottom. When I leave her class my body feels energized my muscles engaged. She queues each move perfectly which instills confidence in what you are doing. Her music playlist is awesome as well. Club Pilates is always clean we have awesome clothing to wear. The different monthly workshops allow you to focus a particular piece of equipment perhaps you may not know how to work with.

The ONLY reason I decided to cancel my membership was because I was diagnosed with a brain bleed. I have no time, nor the strength or energy to continue. I called twice to speak with someone because that is the only way to cancel-No answer. After eventually getting a hold of someone they sent my cancellation form. I filled out and returned the form but continued to receive billing statements. I called to see why I was still being charged and was told because I had a bill due when I tried to cancel they could not go through with the cancellation... I paid the "past due balance" and was able to cancel my membership. Incredibly unfortunate that you cannot just cancel and be done-especially if it's a medical reason and something I can't help. I now have 8 class credits that my bloody brain and I cannot use (:

It's also great that they opened a location here in Killeen, the closest one before this location opened was in Belton, TX. As new members, they offer any 2 classes of your choosing for only $25 on their website! I took 2 classes: 1. Jumpboard Pilates + Strength 2. Hot Sculpt Both VERY active and creative! They were definitely a challenge and they incorporated weights with the traditional core work and muscle failure! Definitely coming back, this place is amazing.

She has this way of making you believe in yourself again. As a PT and a Pilates Instructor you get the best of both worlds with Shelby. Working with her has been a life change experience for me. Pickleball courts could be great is if the city or a private entity provides for maintenance. The nets need to be replaced with a good quality type. There are too many lights that are not working and makes play very hard at night and is a safety risk. This facility can very easily be a five-star rating if maintenance (city support) improves. Somebody needs to take action in order for this to happen.

I am writing this review to share a deeply concerning safety incident that occurred at Twin Wolves…read moreMMA. On July 6th, following a verbal altercation, Professor Ryan Ruiz physically shoved me with both hands in the chest/shoulder area, knocking me to the ground where my head struck the grass. As a result of this physical attack, I sustained a concussion and have since been diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome. I have required multiple hospital visits for ongoing severe dizziness, and the incident has triggered severe emotional distress and aggravated my PTSD. A formal report regarding this conduct has been filed with the Harker Heights Police Department. I strongly advise anyone considering training here to be aware of this situation regarding student safety and conduct. The IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) Will be receiving my report this week. This type of elder abuse, an abusive a protected veteran cannot be tolerated. I was severely humiliated.
