Kinda small, hard to find. It's not directly off monte vista you have to go towards the back north of the complex to find it, but quality instruction, efficiency (approximately 2 hours depending on the size of your class) and comfortable learning environment. Cheidozie was a great instructor, humorous, easy to work with and passionate about saving lives. What I especially liked about this place was being able to register last minute and take the course on the same day with printed card in hand-which was especially helpful since my previous AHA BLS was expired and work was giving me grief for it...25/25 on the test, w the help of a great instructor. Just had my cpr and my acls done with Trevor. I loved the experience. Trevor is very smart and definitely knows what he is talking about. He was also very patient with and my questions. Especially because certain things weren't sticking and I kept asking the same thing over and over and he had zero issues going over that with me. Even when the course was over he wanted to make sure i understood everything. I will definitely be returning in 2 years to do everything again and I will recommend this place to everyone I know needed to get cpr certified and acls certified. I also really liked that I called him to get more info and he text me to let me know when he's going to call back in an hour. And that works for me because I work and can't always answer my calls. I took the initial ACLS course. It was very easy to register online. I had to call once to reschedule because I couldn't make it to the original date and they were very accommodating. They have many dates available to work around my schedule as well as several locations close to me. They provided links with online videos to help me prepare for the class. Chiedozie taught the course and was very thorough with the material. He made the subject very interesting by adding his own personal experiences as a respiratory therapist so I could relate better to the material. I would definitely come back here in the future for my recertification. read more
