We completed paperwork and emailed that at the beginning of December and were told Megan would get back to us. It is now the beginning of February and we still have not heard anything. I've called the office multiple times, only to be told Megan would get back to us. The receptionists also talk over what I'm saying and interrupt me each time I call. Thank goodness our situation is not a true emergency, but it would have been helpful to at least hear SOMETHING, especially since we're dealing with someone's mental health. I am moving on from this counseling center to find a doctor that can actually help us.

Avoid this entire organization (all locations) - they have gotten "too big for their britches"…read more Although the providers themselves are sufficiently competent they have grown too large to provide acceptable patient care. You WILL experience gaps. With multiple locations you will not be able to contact your provider, everything is automated and you will be leaving voicemails. Those voicemails will either go unanswered entirely or MAYBE be returned after 48 hours. The staff at each location is only in charge of HALF their own job, aka they issue your script and disappear. All subsequent communications/resolutions go to a "med management team" that never sees you, and could care less about timeliness or you in general. Expect your script to be filled out incorrectly, expect to have to call you pharmacy then med management then the pharmacy then med management then the pharmacy....over and over and over again relaying mssges you don't understand bc you don't work in the medical industry - because no one at the office will make the effort to resolve the issue themselves....you better be a great self advocate bc your going to need to fight for your life here. God forbid you get sent to the Danville location - where Evelyn is the face of the front desk. Her mood is unpredictable but immediately evident within the first exchanged sentence. Not sure how a mental health facility can employ someone so openly condescending, pretentious and irritable...the niche clientele is likely anxious...we deserve warmth. Even their HR person "reached out"...but it was just for show...bc she didn't give me her number OR her last name to call back hahaha - just went through the "motion" of calling - likely to show her boss my number on the caller ID as "having done it". They are just SO careless. I'm so tired of the nausea and vomitting I'm subjected to monthly bc they can't make two scripts of Prozac meet. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!

Communication is severely lacking, and it's very disappointing that people who are supposed to treat mental health issues only cause more of those issues for their patients. They lied and said they took my debit card off of my son's account and continue to charge large amounts to my checking account without warning. The office manager even lied directly to me about removing it. Don't waste your time here. I got a second opinion and was the healthiest I'd ever been TWO WEEKS LATER. Speaks volumes.

This is not a healthy nor a safe place for couples to receive help. My husband and I both felt humiliated and deeply hurt. IT WAS TRAUMATIZING. He has treated her for months with no results at all, following 35 treatments of TMS, multiple medications, a week-long hospital visit and Ketamine therapy. Today he asked, "What am I going to do with you? I guess I'll have to take you out and shoot you. No, I don't want to lose my medical license or go to prison." The more I have thought about that, and the fact that he got up and started leaving the room in the middle of our conversation about her further options and she was talking to his back as we followed him down the hallway and into the waiting room. I mean what half-way decent psychiatrist would EVER think it's okay to plant that seed in a patient's mind???? Especially when they are at their wits end with your ineffective treatments that they've been paying thousands of dollars out of pocket for!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!!!

I don't understand some of the negative reviews I've seen on here, but I suspect some people are so negative or so serious they don't understand his beaming personality. I'm writing this about my young adult son's experience. His father and I take care of him. After…read moreover a year or 2 of treatment he felt hurried, not listened to and even bullied. His therapist during the second time seeing my adult son had a doctor or therapist who had never seen my son as a patient come into the room and what he said to my son devastated him. My son came home highly upset, depressed and said that he felt bullied and shamed. I feel like no therapist should have a second party enter the room giving opinions and or advice to a mentally ill person who can't give proper consent. A person should never come home in distress after a therapy session. We have since found a new dr and pulled him out of that office as quickly as we were able to. The office is very money oriented. If you have a balance of over 100 dollars you can't be seen. If there is a need for medication between visits it cost us $20 dollars for the phone call and or medication help. If you miss a therapy appointment without giving a 24 hour notice there was a $65 fee. Even with insurance therapy and Dr visits where around $300 a month for us. One of the staff members charged our co pay to a credit card that didn't have enough money on it without asking what card we would like to use. That caused us a fee. I was told that if I had a question or concern for the doctor I had to make an appointment for it. That didn't feel right to me. So that would be an appointment on top of his normal appointment. The staff is iffy. You can get a kind caring person or someone who is hurried and rude. We had a horrible experience but others might have a better one.

I ended up waiting an hour in the waiting room, just for the receptionist to ask if I'd like to reschedule because Pam just NOW came out of an appointment. No one let me know anything the entire time I was sitting there, and it caused a lot of anxiety. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before even waiting my time here.
