I made it clear that I had a lot of large, heavy furniture and I also told them the sizes of the two storage units that I wanted emptied and brought to my new house. I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.

Two gaming chairs were broken (they do not sit up any longer), a table was put together without the support beams and all the screws were missing, a gaming desk was dragged against our hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and not put together correctly leaving it completely unsupported, an heirloom table was smashed and hidden behind boxes stacked six feet high, a hole was gauged into a wall, and our kitchen table was damaged. I have provided documents showing this is over $4000 worth of damage to my home and possessions. Again, extra insurance up to $5000 was purchased by me through All my Sons, and my claim was sent to Ace W, who sent me a claim form addressed to another of their clients! So now I have all this client's information and they have mine. Ace Ward decided the 4000$ in damages was worth $950 but immediately revoked the form once sending it to me. Please take this as your warning to never use this company. I don't understand the utter disregard for documentation provided by their clients. This on top of sending my private information to another client and sending another clients info to me!

I had to leave and get my own drill so they could remove the couch feet. One mover used my bathroom without asking while the door was closed and valuables were inside. At the new house, they broke my chandelier while bringing the couch upstairs -- we heard the crash. They left without cleaning the broken glass off the stairs. I have 4 dogs in the home; one could have been seriously injured. I hired movers to make this easier as a disabled Marine Corps veteran. Instead, they created more work and a safety hazard. Upon calling back the number that was provided it lead back to the main office, I was led back to Adam Bradshaw. Who refused to help me any further. When I asked for corporate's number, he said he was not able to give it out but I could look it up ** Update I called the corporate office who also refused to help I've made a charge back on my bank. Tien, Allen, Jonathan and Anthony all took great care of our things and upon arrival at the new home they went above and beyond as to putting each labeled box where it belongs. They asked about furniture they were unsure of which room to leave it in, making my move in a lot easier to take in. We paid an hourly rate and it was kind of expensive but if you told me this was going to be my experience again, I'd pay double.

They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.

It was last minute and they got everything done in less than a hour to empty this room. They quoted me a price and still took some extra things at no extra charge. If I had to get more junk removed I would not hesitate to call them again.
