I was able to get An appointment, the receptionist was super helpful and the wait was within 15 minutes of my appointment even though there were many people in the waiting room. The tech who did my scan asked me questions, explained the process and asked me to wait after to ensure the scan was good and the initial reading didn't show anything concerning. I appreciated that very much. The results were uploaded to MyChart within the hour. Very efficient and nice people. Because I went in within 2 hours of my appointment, the insurance had not approved my test. They waited until the last minute to see If it would be approved and gave me the option to pay out of pocket or reschedule. I didn't have time or want to risk having a problem, so unpaid out of pocket and will working out with my insurance. They were very upfront about it and I liked having the option.

The only reason I knew her name is because one of the nice lady's that wear glasses had enough class to inform me to the fact after she and I had spoken that "Anna will be over at the door so she can speak to you" . The door opened and I walked inside and Anna without introducing herself or stating her title aggressively began to review charges that had incurred on my account while the system was recently updated. I'm expecting money from about 3 different sources at the same time/ signing a lease to a new place. I informed Anna of this while also providing proof that I'm waiting on deposits. Anna completely ignored the fact that the system allowed me to overdraft my account of only .68 cents by more than $2,500 and counting so I'm told. Anna informed me that I should pay ALL of the funds back she was so aggressive and unprofessional and unpleasant I didn't get a chance to tell her about her not acknowledging the system glitch or apologizing that it gave me such a large amount sent my account into the negative. Due to Anna being so disgusting I will be cutting ties with the system effective immediately! Great Job Managing the branch Anna you just cost the system a long time customer! Terrific Work!

And on top of that I was given the wrong diagnosis. When I followed up with the specialist I found out I had a fracture in my toe and that they said there was nothing wrong. After going for awhile, I noticed my legs were not getting better even though Dr. M said he closed multiple veins. I've since moved to another state where I continued vein treatment. It wasn't until then I noticed significant improvement in my legs. I wouldn't go back to Metro Vein Center again even if I was still in NJ. My opinion is, they are a rip off. They want you to be a permanent patient so they can continue picking your pockets.
