I should've known better and gone to a professional from the moment they first lied but each time they said they would fix it, I trusted them- plus, they had all my paperwork. Final result was my issue ended up in collections even though I didn't owe anything. I went to a proper tax service and solved the issue in one day. Seriously, save yourself the grief and don't go to them. They are irresponsible, do not return emails or calls and do not do what they say they're going to do. They can get you into serious legal and financial trouble.
