I showed up for my appointment, and no one was there. I called the business number on the door, and the apparent owner answered. When I told him I was at his office for our scheduled appointment, he started telling me of all the issues as to why he wasn't there. I asked "if you were having all these problems didn't it occur to you to contact your appointment (me) and alert to the issues?" His response was "....uhh.....oh, I'm sorry about that....".
