One of the receptionists is very rude. Very unprofessional. The doctors don't really take the time to figure out what's wrong with you, and they are not very personable, but they are quick to give out prescriptions. The receptionist will call when you're test results are in, and tell you to come in any time between 8am-5pm and that no appointment is needed. Twice I showed up at 3:30 - 4:00 pm and. I was rudely sluffed off and told that the doctors weren't taking any more appointments. Not impressed.

Usually if you have an upcoming appointment they will tell you when you check out from another. Most places have appointment reminders through text an email not here. Extremely unorganized for booking appointment. Really disappointing. Actual diagnostics ok.
