That afternoon I got running nose. The nurse has a cold and blow her nose. I think the place should have instruction if the nurse has cold should put on mask and sanitized their hands before touching the patient. Or she should not come to the clinic.

You can download their mobile app. They will send you a message once they are ready to see you. Today, I waited 70 mins. I was not surprised because I saw the long line up outside the laboratory. The staff are very friendly. Pauline has the exceptional customer service by explaining to each customer politely and nicely who are anxious and irritable while waiting for their time. The female technician draw blood and I did not feel the pain. Lots of parking. It's first come first serve basis. Everyday is busy and if u want to avoid long line up. Come early at 7am.of

It's inside the Shoppers Drug Mart therefore not as big as other locations, since I'm not familiar with its setting, I hesitated a bit when I get there, but the front reception kept asking me to wait that it won't be long ... However, the nurse who took my blood test poked into my vein so painfully, that my arm got bruised even after a few days later. Don't know what went wrong, I thought Dynacare is a big company and their staff should be well-trained and proficient, very disappointed with the service provided

I had the paperwork from my Doctor along with my health card ready for the person at the service counter. Some services are not covered by OHIP and you'll have to pay upfront out of pocket. There's seating for about 20 people. The TV monitor on the wall displays the wait times before you're seen by a lab technician. Staff were polite and efficient. I was in/out in 30 minutes.

I always get lightheaded when I get blood drawn, and when I told this to my nurse Christine she made time for me to lay down so that I didn't faint, and finished the process so quickly that I was affected less that usual. When going for the test that are required it can be very scary but they always have a way of making sure you are reassured . My technician's name is Shani shamili and I have had her pretty much for every time I've been there which has been many times and she is absolutely amazing . I look forward to going to my appointments as she makes the experience so much more comforting and is a very calming soul .
