I had been needing to get a TB test for my kids school (volunteer) and I just had no idea where to…read morego until someone on our school group chat mentioned this place. Setting the appointment was very easy. Getting there was very easy too. I think they could make the inside look a little better, it looks sooooooo sketchy!!! Beyond. Although it does look like they try to keep it clean, it still doesn't look very clean, looks like a very run down clinic. I decided to ignore that and focus on overall service. Came in on a Saturday morning, didn't have to wait for than 5 minutes before I was seen. The process was super quick. I was out of there within 15-20minutes. With a card and info for me to go between Mon and Tues. which I did. And once again I didn't have to wait, didn't even need an appointment. The girl in the front checked my arm, it was negative. They gave me my paperwork and I was out of there in no time. Definitely recommend them. And will be back in the future if I need them again.

So a lot of the time when you have a new job, there are certain things that you need to get done…read morebefore you start the job. For example, some jobs require fingerprinting and or a health physical and you have to be updated on certain vaccinations, get a Tb test, etc. Instead of going to several different places to get these things done, you can just come to Wellness Mart and get everything done at the same time! Who would've thought right!? I had no idea that something like this even existed until it was recommended to me by an employer. Not only do they offer physicals, fingerprinting, TB test vaccinations, but they also offer CPR & first aid classes, which some jobs also require, and blood tests which other jobs might require, and various other services. The only issue that I had with Wellness Mart is that some employers can be a bit picky as far as how the physical is signed. For example, when I did a physical here they stamped it with their facility stamp in addition to a doctor's signature. However, my specific employer needed the stamp of the doctor, the actual doctor, and unfortunately, that is something that they do not do. I could've just had a super picky person who is looking for things like that because I've never really had an issue before. Before you go to Wellness Mart for a physical, just ask your employer if they require a physician stamp. You don't want to spend the $70 and then get rejected and have to spend money somewhere else. So that's my only issue, they need a physician's stamp for physicals! But anyway, they offer so many other different services. So if you're looking to get things done for your job, I would definitely check them out. You can make an appointment online and then when you enter just check in on the iPad and then you'll be good to go. There is plenty of parking.

**THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PHYSICAL THERAPY ONLY** I was assigned to come here for…read moreworkers comp and was not excited knowing the reputation this place has. However I will say that the physical therapy offered here is definitely out of place, in a good way. Juan is very knowledgeable in the practice and cares about healing you to the best of his ability. His main priorities are stated and reflected in his work. He wants to get you back to how you were before. The equipment and facilities are out dated but he made due with what he had and helped me tremendously. Would definitely recommend him! Thank you!

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a medical office…read more I scheduled a 12:00 p.m. appointment for a pre-employment drug screen and a mandatory TB questionnaire for a healthcare position. I already had a valid TB test, but I still needed the physician to review the questionnaire and complete the required paperwork. When I checked in, I specifically showed the receptionist the questionnaire and asked if the physician would be able to fill it out. She initially told me yes. Then she argued with me, saying they couldn't complete it because I already had a TB test. I explained that I understood my TB test was still valid, but I still needed the questionnaire completed. After that conversation, I was left with the understanding that the physician would address it during my visit. At no point was I told they would ultimately refuse to complete the paperwork. I had a 12:00 p.m. appointment but wasn't seen until almost 2:00 p.m., and I didn't leave until around 3:00 p.m. I spent approximately three hours there for what should have been a simple pre-employment visit. To make matters even more frustrating, there were several times when I was the only person sitting in the waiting room. Then other patients would arrive after me and appear to be called back before I was. I understand that different appointments may have different priorities, but no one ever explained the delay or kept me informed. While I was waiting, I could clearly hear conversations coming from the back office. At one point, I heard a staff member say, "I'm trying to print out this form for this girl and her TB test." Hearing employees discuss me that way where patients could overhear made the office feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I completed the questionnaire and even had the staff print the required form because I wasn't able to print it myself. After waiting for hours, I was finally told they could not complete it because they "don't get paid" to fill out that paperwork because they were not contracted to do so. That information should have been given to me when I first arrived not after I had already waited for hours. If your clinic cannot complete certain employment forms, patients deserve to be told before they spend hours waiting. To make matters worse, they didn't even return the printed form so I could immediately take it somewhere else. My phone number was also entered incorrectly and was never corrected. Because of the unnecessary delay, I missed my bus, which only comes once an hour, forcing me to wait even longer just to get home. I left hungry, exhausted, frustrated, and still without the documentation I needed. I chose this location because it was the closest approved clinic available to me, and I don't currently drive. I didn't look at the online reviews until after my appointment. When I did, I was disappointed to see that several other people had also described long wait times for pre-employment drug screenings. Unfortunately, my experience was very similar. This entire situation could have been avoided with honest communication and respect for patients' time. Patients deserve to know up front what a clinic can and cannot do instead of finding out only after hours of waiting. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so future patients don't have the same experience.

From the very first message, Lisa was incredibly responsive and when I spontaneously asked if my neighbor could join, she made it happen super easily. Lisa came to our home to do the course, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The course itself was hands-on, thorough, and genuinely confidence-building. I walked away feeling truly prepared, not just for starting solids with my baby, but for handling emergencies calmly if they ever arise. You can tell Lisa doesn't just teach this material, she really cares about it and she cares about the people she works with. This was actually my second time working with Lisa. I first met her as a lactation consultant and both experiences have been equally wonderful. She brings the same warmth, expertise, and dedication every time. Thank you, Lisa!

I emailed Lisa regarding her availability and pre-checked with The Lactation Network, the company she contracts with, to make sure everything was good to go with my insurance. I heard back within 24 hours from both TLN and Lisa; we were able to set up a home visit appointment within the week. Lisa was extremely friendly and professional during our sessions. She helped measure me for new pump flanges, made suggestions for positioning comfort, and observed my son feeding to make a diagnosis regarding potential latch issues. She offered a number of oral exercises to help my son's latch and provided an EXTREMELY THOROUGH folder with pictures and descriptions of the exercises so I was not relying solely on memory. The folder also had a ton of other useful info from breastfeeding tips and tricks to local professionals, including pediatric dentists and OTs. Lisa also provided a comprehensive write up for my son's pediatrician with her observations and recommendations. Like the folder she provided, it was extremely thorough and detailed. Her professionalism and attention to detail is next level and she is incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I never felt judged or unheard. We scheduled a follow-up in-home appointment which was just as helpful as the first session. A few weeks later Lisa, followed up by email to check-in to make sure my son and I were doing well. She cares about her patients and I know that I can reach out if we run into any other issues. If you are struggling with breastfeeding or latch trouble contact Lisa! She's wonderful!

Found this place with a quick google search for IV therapy and blood withdrawal certification near…read moreme. Followed that up with Yelp and saw the extensive amount of 5-star reviews. Was I a bit skeptical? Yes lol especially since their pricing is a bit higher than other certification classes. Here is my opinion. This place is definitely worth every single 5-star review you see and read. Dr. Khan and Sylvia who teaches and runs the training classes are so friendly and knowledgeable. They provide you with all the information and skills needed to become board certified. They answer all your questions and never make you feel less for asking them. They prepare you mentally prior and guide you from start to finish on each technique needed from blood withdrawal, setting up an IV line and providing IV therapy. Then they observe your retention knowledge to be able to perform without instructions. Along with educating us on different types of equipment we might come across while working in the field. The classes are fairly small and intimate which makes the learning experience that much more enjoyable as you get to know the other students training along side you. Yes the price is higher than other training facilities, but definitely worth it. Honestly you're paying for great instructors, small class groups, night classes, and realistically; medical supplies are expensive. With that, they still provide you with a tracking number to track your certification to the board as well. This is where you say, you're paying for quality over quantity. Other than providing IV/BW therapy certification. They offer other approved AHA classes like BLS, ACLS, and even an extensive NCLEX refresher prep course. Worth checking out for a great experience.
