Chris's CPR class was very straightforward, easy to understand, and super informative. He explains everything very clearly and thoroughly and in Layman's terms. I learned a lot of other "common sense" stuff that I didn't think I would get out of CPR training. Chris uses his own life stories and also real life examples to supplement his lecture. He's also very funny. I would recommend it if you need to get CPR training. You can complete the certification for all ages in a bit under 3 hours (other places could be 6-8 hours). Oh my gosh!!! What an awesome class. It is very interactive and engaging. The instructor, Shauna, is very passionate about teaching and more importantly, that we get it! There was never a dull moment and the hands-on teaching was superb. She asked everyone if they were grasping the material because she had prepared to teach by doing audio, visual and tactile. By the end of class, everyone had a smile on their face and felt confident in knowing they had acquired the correct skills. What a experience. Firstly the receptionist was way to rude. She needed to watch her tone and attitude. 2nd it felt like everyone at this place got paid by the day not hour super slow service. They'll give you 14 sheets of pages to fill out, half of them was supposed to be the receptionists job but she's too lazy. Even the doctor is slow. On the board outside it says "$50 cdl physical" but inside they charge you $60 for first timers and $50 for second time. I'd rather go to doctor Kim, his a lot faster and customer service is a lot better. read more

Found this place on yelp! Saw the great reviews. Plus I needed it for work! Saw the price and couldn't refuse. Called and got in for this evening at 5:30pm and was out and certified by 8:45pm. The instructor is very knowledgeable, lots of informative information to use and be ready to use from Infants to Adults! It's a great tool of information to have not knowing where your going to be using it. I'm glad I got it for my work place of education. I'd gladly recommend this to anyone who needs it. This place is legit! I am I CDL driver and they got my medical done, in no time. When I first called, I wasn't sure if this place was legit, but after going there I was happy I did. Lauren, who answered the phones was very kind, helpful and informative. The doctors are also very good, thorough and welcoming. They make you me feel comfortable and not nerves. The first time I went to this CPR course I had an amazing time. The instructor was very knowledgeable and conveyed the course well. Unfortunately, this time around was a nightmare. Due to my initial experience I was eager to do a recertification with this company. Chris the owner and instructed flaked on me twice and continuously pressed me to pay for my card upfront. The first encounter we were due to meet and he was over 25 minutes late, I had to leave as this was conflicting with other appointments I had later in the day. The second time his assistant had to call him because again he was not present at our set time. He continued to press me about paying upfront although he wasn't even at the training location. I felt like I was being hustled by him to just pay for services I wasn't sure I would receive. Both times his assistant wasn't even aware he had trainings. Hopefully they will read this review and make effort to not put other customers through this. I will not refer any other professionals to this location as they wasted a great deal of my time and made me feel uncomfortable about there motives in being very forward about me paying before services were rendered. read more

This is a great place to get CPR/First Aid/AED certified. It is a hybrid course and I recommend it for people who are getting re certified. The staff is friendly and thorough in their teaching.
