Most reputable clinics have a no tip policy because therapists believe (and are) part of the medical community. It's in bad taste to request a tip as an option in my opinion. The massage ended up costing me 50$ more than my regular physio place. I really wanted to switch my massages to here but I will not be doing so unfortunately.

No sign of the masseuse by 4:40pm so my brother called to see what her status was. No answer. Three hours later, he received a text that said it was too far for her to come. What?! This could have been brought up the numerous times they talked as the appointment was set up/confirmed. It was very disappointing to see that amount of unreliability and discourteous service. Especially, disappointed because on a human level we explained why we needed an in home massage. Ashley did not have the common decency and respect to let us know that at the time the appointment was booked. There are many other more caring and reliable choices out there. Dealing with this business, increased our stress level and was the opposite of relaxation. I would go elsewhere.

I was actually surprised that they directly bill to insurance companies since many places do not directly bill, unless if it is a clinic. After filling out my forms, I was greeted by Karli Rose, and she lead me to the treatment room. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, giving me the relaxing feels like within a spa setting. Karli Rose did a thorough consult with me prior to the treatment. The massage itself was amazing. Karli Rose had the perfect medium-deep pressure during the massage. She allowed me to chit chat when I wanted, but also allowed me to be in my own silent space. I really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her, especially since we had similar past experiences. Since this was my first appointment, I was able to receive the first-time price of $59.99. The receptionist mentioned the membership for future appointments, which I declined for now since I maxed out my benefits for the year, but have thought about it for next year when it resets. Hina's hands were COLD the entire time, which was super uncomfortable as she was touching my warm body. My skin kept tensing because her cold hands were making my skin cringe. Hina also put waaaaayyyyyyyy too much massage oil on me. I felt like a drenched chicken. She added oil on my back, added oil on my back, AND ADDED OIL ON MY BACK AGAIN.
