A tip was almost a forced option on the iPad (we all know when we see an iPad a tip request in coming). Most reputable clinics have a no tip policy because therapists believe (and are) part of the medical community. It's in bad taste to request a tip as an option in my opinion. The massage ended up costing me 50$ more than my regular physio place. I really wanted to switch my massages to here but I will not be doing so unfortunately.

So we decided to wait because we would lose money but when they came back the person that was massaging my gf didn't do a full body massage just the arms and back. Where they did my back, legs, arms and face. In total they only worked 40 mins on my gf who did a bad job and 50 mins on me who actually did a decent job but kept on getting interrupted.

Upon entrance, I was greeted by the receptionist and filled out my health history form. I was actually surprised that they directly bill to insurance companies since many places do not directly bill, unless if it is a clinic. After filling out my forms, I was greeted by Karli Rose, and she lead me to the treatment room. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, giving me the relaxing feels like within a spa setting. Karli Rose did a thorough consult with me prior to the treatment. The massage itself was amazing. Karli Rose had the perfect medium-deep pressure during the massage. She allowed me to chit chat when I wanted, but also allowed me to be in my own silent space. I really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her, especially since we had similar past experiences. Since this was my first appointment, I was able to receive the first-time price of $59.99. The receptionist mentioned the membership for future appointments, which I declined for now since I maxed out my benefits for the year, but have thought about it for next year when it resets. The service I received is exactly what massage therapy is suppose to be. I was thinking if I had a great experience with someone unexpected last year, I didn't think twice about making an appointment with someone new. BIG MISTAKE. I should've known why Hina had so many openings. My massage experience with her was THE WORST massage I've ever had. Hina's hands were COLD the entire time, which was super uncomfortable as she was touching my warm body. My skin kept tensing because her cold hands were making my skin cringe. Hina also put waaaaayyyyyyyy too much massage oil on me. I felt like a drenched chicken. She added oil on my back, added oil on my back, AND ADDED OIL ON MY BACK AGAIN. She did it THREE TIMES BACK TO BACK. I felt this much oil was WAAYY TOOO EXCESSIVE and extremely unnecessary. After your massage, you receive an email to write a feedback about your experience. I wrote a personal review explaining how awful my experience was, but no one reached out to follow up with me. Hence, I am making my experience public.
