It's been extremely beneficial for me and most importantly my business, which has grown since joining. I'm able to organize my thoughts better and prioritize my time without distractions.

The location is great for a co-working space. The only downside is the reception -- the cell signal can be pretty low, so sometimes it's hard to be on the phone. After a billing discrepancy on their part nearly 2k was debited out of my business account. REGUS was supposed to have billed me only $344. The large discrepancy halted ALL of my confidence in their business dealings. I was promised time and again that this issue would be resolved quickly. Well, promises and apologies don't add up if they're not backed by Action! As a small business owner, month to month liquid cash is very fluid, you need these monies to invest in other projects moving forward or even to pay for basic overhead bills. REGUS took it all. And I got stuck with nowhere to go. I lost precious and valuable work time for my own business projects as it took weeks and weeks, hours and hours, month after month of documents, emails, conversations, phone calls, letters, copies of proof, more copies of documents, more emails, more checking to see if there's a resolution and always coming up empty handed... Well, you get the point. So, instead of finishing my work and starting in on new creative projects I ONLY had time to deal with this HUGE issue! Not to mention the anxiety of continuing to get bills from them and continuing to wonder if I'd ever see this 2k again. I had to file a fraudulent claim with my own personal business bank and deal with them separately on more of my own time to get my money back. The fraudulent debit by REGUS was made in February 2016 and it took until August 2016 to finally get a resolution! That's half a year! Which ended up as me still having to pay for the rental of an office that I only did work on their behalf of this terrible financial mistake in. Thanks, but no thanks REGUS. I really wasn't sure what it was going to be like after working in a private company owned building for 30 years. I have to say that the suite office manager Rene is AWESOME! She just makes everyone feel so welcomed. It is such a positive atmosphere and is always clean. She goes out of her way to help you with anything she can. She will post luncheon get togethers during the holidays for meet and greets in an effort to allow everyone a chance to meet others in the the suite. I'm so pleased with how it has worked out. This co-working space is on the 3rd floor of a fairly new building, which is in The Round, a…read moremixed-use development with light rail and several restaurants. Parking in front of the building is largely reserved for other tenants, but there are a few spots you might be able to grab. Otherwise, there's a one dollar per hour parking garage next door and a few blocks away. The lobby is beautiful and has a couch and chairs. The kitchen has an automated coffee machine (paid), dishes/wares, and a refrigerator you can use. The offices are a mix between exterior ones with views, and interior ones with stark white walls and no decorations; soul-crushing, if you ask me. My co-working office had three plain table-desks, chairs, and a 2-drawer file cabinet. The nearest power outlet is four feet from the desk, which wasn't convenient. This co-working office can accommodate three workers, but I was the only one in it during my visit. The door locks, but since others share it, you have to take all your stuff with you when you go for lunch or a walk. The Wi-Fi code they assigned me didn't work, so I had to go back to the front desk and get a new one. I got 113/105 Mbps up/down via fiber, which was great. The overall vibe is corporate, as opposed to the "hip" co-working spaces like Industrious.

My three year old needed an xray done so our ordering provider sent us here since we live right up…read morethe street. I called the same day the order was sent and they already had it in the system. Great! I was told x-rays are not scheduled and are done on a walk in basis. Anyone with small children knows that this is not ideal because it is difficult to wait with your child for long periods of time in a waiting room not set up for them. I looked online before we went so I knew there would be no kids area or reading materials. We decided to go mid morning when I figured it would be less busy. There was only one person in the waiting room when we got there and we were told by the receptionist that we would be up next for xray and that it wouldn't be too long because the last client before us just finished up. Great! We then sat down and waited. And waited and waited and waited. Over 40 minutes we sat in the room and waited. I was just about to go back up to see when we could expect to be called when someone finally came out for us. We were lead back to a room with two techs and they began trying to position my kiddo for the imaging to be done. One of the techs either doesn't like children or doesn't work with them often because she had a horrible bedside manner. She sounded irritated the whole time and was huffing and puffing when my son didn't understand the instructions she was giving him. It's not like we were taking a long time to figure this out, either. This was in the first 1-2 minutes we were in the room and she was already acting like we were just a huge inconvinence. He's freaking three, he's not going to respond to verbal instructions the same way an adult does. Overall, I left feeling pretty poorly about our interactions and experience. If you work at a business that serves children as part of their demographic, you should be expected to be cordial when working with them. In the future we will go elsewhere, even if it means we have to travel further.

Typically if I need an X-ray I could go right upstairs from my primary doctor's office. As a result…read moreof Covid, that facility closed down so I had to drive out to Tannesbourne to have my ankle X-rayed. I've been having intermittent pain and weakness and both my doctor and I want to figure out what is going on. The Center for Medical Imaging was easy to find. Plenty of parking out front. Very large waiting room with seats spaced far apart. Everyone working there was friendly, efficient and professional. Since the order was called in prior, I just had to sign in and within 5 minutes, the technician came out to get me. The process went quickly, she took at least five X-Rays from different angles, and I was on my way. Results were in My Chart within 24 hours.
