I was able to quickly set up an appointment with Marshall and added a bathroom tile refresh to the job since he would be here. He came as scheduled and walked through the jobs with me before starting. I asked him last minute if he could also do our area rug while he was here and he was able to accommodate that too, which I appreciated (I would have also been TOTALLY fine with him not being able to get to it since it wasn't initially part of the discussion but I'm grateful he was able to make it happen!). And he was FAST! When I saw him gathering up his hosing and everything I assumed he was switching gear but nope--he was done! I was impressed. And the price was very reasonable given the fact he did three seperate jobs for us. In the end everything turned out great!
