I can't say enough great things about Lifesaver Team! My nurse friend and I had to renew our CPR card in BLS for work last Saturday morning. First getting there is so easy! It is located in a large plaza on the second floor so you won't have a hard time finding parking. Cris will greet you, have you sign in, and the best thing is that he makes sure we have our full attention by providing water and breakfast bars which was great since I totally forgot to bring banana and water. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to concentrate. I'm glad Cris is attentive and anticipates his customers' needs. The classroom itself was clean, organized, had wall to wall CPR information, and countless mannequins (infant and adult sizes) against the walls and at each table. The BLS for health workers certification was 2 hours long but don't expect a boring class where you just watch a video for the most part then practice at the end. Oh no! Cris had us watch each 5-10 minute videos of CPR steps and scenarios for infant, child, and adult (and no the videos aren't corny!). After each video, he had us do FULL CYCLES of CPR with AED and abdominal thrusts (for choking victim). I definitely got a workout being in that class and I feel more confident! We were charged $35 for recertification-what a great price! Other places charge $45-55. The test was easy and straightforward. Overall it was a very informative and hands -on class. You can also come in anytime to practice after being certified. Cris is courteous, professional, funny, and attentive. Getting certified here is worth it! read more

This place is a joke! Go to their website to try to register for a course and they tell you to call them for an appointment. I have called them 12 times over the last 2 weeks. 8 of those times the voicemail box is full! I've left 4 messages that have yet to prompt a response. I've sent emails that go unanswered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHAM ORGANIZATION. THEY VERY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT WANT ANY FUTURE BUSINESS. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WOULD BE TO GRANT THEM THEIR WISH AND FIND A RESPONSIBLE TRAINING SERVICE. Had an amazing experience taking CPR BLS class for healthcare provider with my friend. First, we're thankful to Cris, the instructor for accommodating both of us to take a class on Monday which is outside of their scheduled class. Cris was so professional, thorough and very skilled in teaching us. Our table has each own mannequin to practice. The class is just 2 hours long, very informative and not boring. The training was sufficient but mostly video, and practice. Cris was funny at times, and friendly, but he seemed more a facilitator than an instructor. It was easy to register; I had 5 coworkers who all needed the training within a short period. Everything about the training center itself is adequate and basic. Training posters were tacked to the wall, tables/chairs were plastic, boxes on tables, etc making it feel like a very temporary space. Overall, I recommend this place if you need the training done as a requirement. However, if you are interested for personal use to help family, friends, or your community, pay the extra money and/or go the extra time with either Red Cross, or your local county fire/safety officials. You'll get more information, and 'why' questions get answered. Otherwise, this type of place teaches solely to the exam to get you in-and-out. read more

So glad I found this place by fluke and Yelp of course! I needed to take a CPR class for kids, infants, and adults and this place had it within a few days of when I needed it along with being the cheapest I found (EVERY place I found requires you spend at least $15 on that book, but not at LifeSaver Team!!). For $35 I was able to renew my CPR in 2 hours. You do take a test at the end here but it's over everything you went over and you can have notes or whatever with you. If you don't pass, they just give you another one until you pass so don't worry. Cris the instructor couldn't have been any better. He was clear, informative, answered questions, and made the 2 hours go by quickly with humor. It was also nice how they had cold bottles of water for us along with candy, cookies, and granola bars. For $10 extra I could have renewed my first aid but my job doesn't require it so I skipped that hour. You can get both cards in 3 hours =D They also let you come back as many times you want to refresh your skills. I don't see myself doing that but it's good that they have a policy like that. Super chill and cheap and quick cpr class!! A little over 2 hours long, $45. Wayyyyy more affordable than the other classes in the area. The class is located upstairs in the shopping center. Super easy to find. Arrive 15 mins early like your supposed to so you can fill out the forms needed to get your certifications. There was plenty of parking when I was there! The class is Informative, quick and easy to learn/pay attention. Chris, the instructor, is super cool. He doesn't make anyone feel uncomfortable or put anyone on the spot. read more

EXCELLENT... so convenient, concise, and cheap....Three C's a busy nursing student like myself needs. I needed a CPR recertification class ASAP or I would have been dropped from my hospital placement AND THEY DELIVERED... none of this you-must-pay-to reserve-your-spot crap either...just showed up for class and two hours later I had the paperwork in my hand. I will recommend this place HIGHLY to anyone who needs it...OH!! BTW..they have a practive makes perfect policy meaning if you need to brush up on skills you can sit in on a class for free. I've renewed my CPR/AED and first aid certification every 2 years for the past 10 years, and my course today at Lifesaver Team was the best I've had. Cris was professional, had a good demeanor with the class, and gave enough time for questions while keeping things moving. Unlike other classes I've taken, we had many opportunities to practice on the mannequins, which I think is far more effective than simply watching the video. This was a great class with Chris M! As a teacher I've been to probably 10 of these trainings over the years, but this was the first time I've done it on my own (not through work). I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the time passed and how nice and clean the mannequins and equipment was. They also provide a practice makes perfect program allowing students to go back and practice for free. I don't know if I'll ever take advantage of that, but it's nice to know that it's there.
