He came over and told me exactly what the problem was, the price and when he was available. His price was competitive and lower than others I had used in the past. Over the years he has provided professional, quality and technical service. Once I had a variety of problems he walked me through which I should fix first then perhaps wait on the others. In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I most recently saw that my spa was leaking. I called him and he came right over the next day. Of course the spa was suddenly completely dry and showed no leaks. He had me fill the tub to its proper level of water. Suddenly it started leaking. He located the problem and fixed it I very highly recommend David for any of your spa needs.

Fred was able to give me a plaster estimate over the phone, but he came out personally to evaluate the leak situation. As it turned out, I needed to replace my old copper plumbing lines and reroute them under the brick decking. It was a major job, especially because the concrete beneath the brick was much thicker and harder than expected, requiring significantly more demolition and labor than originally anticipated. What impressed me most was that even though the project took longer and required more work, Fred honored his original quote and never tried to increase the price. That's rare these days. Many contractors would have adjusted the cost once the unexpected challenges were uncovered, but Fred is a man of his word. Once the demolition was complete, everything else went smoothly. Fred was on-site throughout most of the project, supervising the crew, answering questions, and making sure the work was done right. I also upgraded from standard plaster to mini pebble, and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing. There were times it looked green. Then there was an air leak in our fairly new pool pump, and Gary supposedly repaired it, but it became worse. His cleaning guy came out a week ago to clean the pool and we pointed it out. He was not able to get it to cycle. He just left it that way so now the pump has burned out because it was not able to cycle. No one has returned to address it. My pool has been like this for a week and he finally called back today. July 4th we have company and won't be able to enjoy our pool. I would not use them, it has taken several attempts to receive call backs and there has been no resolution.
