First let me say, they never did any work for me, so that ratings has nothing to do with the quality of their work. I'm not surprised to see they only have 20 reviews. I responded to an ad I saw online and left my phone number to get a call back for an estimate. They called me back this morning, asked where I lived and said, perfect. Then, he proceeded to tell me to take pictures of my pool and give him the measurements and he would give me an estimate. I said, You want me to measure the pool? Thank you never mind. Apparently they're not really interested in pool replastering only if you have additional work to do. The funny thing is, I have a lot of other work to do (concrete, coping, etc), but he'll never know about it, because he couldn't make the time to come here and see what I need. This review is on behalf of my parents as they are not internet savvy... My father was stressed out trying to find a different contractors to remodel our backyard. We wanted to remodel our pool, spa, outdoor lighting, raised Concrete patio with a custom fire pit and bench, Drainage and landscaping...... First off contractors for some reason have a hard time  showing up for appointments, then it takes them forever to give u a bid with a clear description of what they're going to do....
