One star is generous. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a so-called wellness program. I signed up with genuine interest and investment, expecting professionalism and support. What I received was rudeness, disregard, and ultimately, complete dismissal as a paying client. My main point of contact was a coach named Jodi. At first, she presented herself as friendly and helpful--but the moment I had questions, her tone shifted. She became impatient, short, and then flat-out hung up on me mid-call. Completely unacceptable. I called the office right after and was told to continue the program, and that someone from the team would follow up with me either that day (Friday) or by Monday. It's now Wednesday--no one ever followed up! No call, no message, nothing. Just silence. It seems JODI wasn't the only unprofessional one here, it seems to be consistent. Then I receive an email from someone named Nicole, a manager who instead of acknowledging the mistreatment and fixing the situation, decided to cut ties with me altogether. According to her, because I had "more communication than was included" in the program, that somehow excuses being hung up on and mistreated. It doesn't. This email was nothing more than a polished excuse to justify poor treatment and avoid accountability. They're refusing to issue any refund, despite the fact that they failed to deliver basic professionalism--let alone actual service. If anything, I should be receiving a partial refund and an apology--not being dismissed and told to move on. I paid for a structured program, guidance, and respect. I got none of that. And now they're trying to wash their hands clean instead of doing what's right. I'll be disputing the charge with my bank and making sure this experience is public so others know what to expect. Save your money and your time! This company is not what it pretends to be. read more

I have been living a nightmare since August of this year. I responded to a $37 promo to try out a treatment to see if I liked it and could eventually do as I wasn't prepared at the time. I was talked into ten treatments or I was told I'd lose the deal they were having and I paid for it with my care credit card which I had no idea would lock me into a binding contract. I made no initial appointment for treatment upon leaving because I wanted to have time to think about it and I was given no copy of the contract. I called a few days later asking for a refund as I just knew I could not do it. The clinic is far, my time with work was booked and I had many expenses plus some unexpected ones. I was told by LifeSculpt that they could not refund me and to call my Care Credit Card. I did that and they opened a dispute even though all I wanted from LifeSculpt was a refund but now five disputes later after calling, writing letters, sending emails and playing phone tag with Nicole, the manager at LifeSculpt and requesting she leave me a voicemail with a time and date to connect, I received no voice mail after several attempts at calling and leaving her tons of messages. When we finally connected as I saw her call come in by pure chance, I explained the whole situation to which she informed me she could do nothing. At my insistence she told me she would reach out to corporate. She did so and, again, she called me back but left no voicemail so I had zero idea when to expect her next call. Finally I called LifeSculpt and asked them if they could ask Nicole to let me know when I could talk to her. Then came a text only to inform me that corporate said they would only refund me $325 on a $1,400 package! I am beyond stressed over this whole ordeal! It is now December, I've received ZERO treatments! I cannot afford this expense and they are being completely unreasonable! All I want is a refund! Nobody has bothered to help me since I last communicated with Nicole by text back in November!!! For those of you who need to know, PLEASE be aware what you are getting into!! I was caught unaware! I was distracted speaking with the technician while apparently signing my life away here. Synchrony Bank, the owners of Care Credit, have reached out to LifeSculpt several times on my behalf only to be denied because I was lured into a contract I had no idea was binding!! I highly suggest you pay close attention if you happen to go in on a promo and if you have to sign anything, make sure you can get out of it and get a copy of any contract! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! They do NOT work with the customer and I want you to be spared the nightmare I'm facing because I was so caught off guard!! Poor communication, nonlive person to talk to. The text response is bad, it took 23 hours before they replied. The invoice and payment doesn't match, no copy of original contract and agreement was provided after signing. I receive an incorrect invoice, does not match the payment. No meal plan/programwas provided, no one explained anything to me as discussed after I signed. I did not receive anything after my 2nd session. They only send the information that I was requesting after I made a complain. read more

I was so nervous about this but Sheyanne made me feel so comfortable for my first session. I got so much information on my first session. Every time I go in I have so many questions and they are always so helpful! These girls really care about your success and support you throughout your journey! I'm still finishing up my sessions so not sure the full amount loss or inches gone but I feel great. Be ready to drink tons of water and eat well, as in healthy! These ladies ask every time I come in...how's the water intake, what is your diet like, what are you eating throughout the day! Life Sculpt has been the Best DECISION I have ever made for my health!!! My health journey started in November. Jessica is an amazing employee. She was very kind and not a pushy sales person. Jess is one of the reasons I signed up for Slender Pro and the Red light treatment. When I had my first appt with my Slender Pro Health Coach Julie I knew I made the right decision. Jess and Julie are amazing people. Slender Pro is not an easy health program, but if you have the desire and the support from Julie you can achieve your goals. I have always struggled with my weight and sticking to diet. Julie has made me understand that if I have a bad eating day it's not the end of the world. I just need to have a better eating day the next day and not to give up. With the Red Light treatment and the Slender Pro Program my A1c level went for pre-diabetic 5.8 to Normal range 5.1!!!
