I had just had complete hip replacement on my right hip and the very next day a wonderful woman and Physical Therapist by the name of Kathy Winslow arrived at my home (with 24 hour notice of course) and provided me with the most excellent support and guidance in what I should and should not do for exercise and rehabilitation. We spend a total of 6 sessions together (all that Medicare provides) and she continued to provide superior guidance in this matter. The care I received from Jenn L. was second to none. She is a consummate professional, and her initial rigidity and adherence to her rules gave way to dry and then not so dry humor I enjoyed greatly. She immediately attended to any area of pain or difficulty I vocalized, and operated so comfortably in my home environment she even brought small bags to protect my fruit from the squirrels so my daughter could pick them! Maybe I'm just one whose fallen through the cracks, but, I had a complicated back surgery 2 weeks ago. There is only one nurse out of the 3 that have been able to do a proper dressing change. 1 was very nice but dressings fell off same day and I left a message with after hours, no response from case manager Chris. Yesterday, I can only call the visit a bandaid change, no wound cleaning, no vitals, didn't ask me to sign off on visit. I left a message for case manager during office hours, no call back. I see alot of the reviews are for PT so am hoping to get that on the books for next week, but if it wasn't for my nurse, Jasmine, this company would get 1 star read more

He did a spectacular job guiding me through getting in and out of my very unfriendly to "differently abled people" bathroom. I had a hip replacement in December 2024. As part of my post-surgical care, my doctor referred me to Gtandcare for three weeks of twice a week home healthcare and physical therapy. From the beginning to the end, my experience with GrandCare was excellent. I coordinator reached out to me to me to get me registered and advise me that a physical therapist would be contacting me to setup a home visit two days following my surgery. As promised, I was contacted. During the three weeks of care, I saw two separate PTs who had clearly communicated with each other regarding my progress. They were nice, professional, communicative, and generally pleasant to interact with. It also seemed that they gave me personalized physical therapy as opposed to a cookie cutter approach to providing physical therapy exercises.
