Crystal and Alison; they are both so awesome! I love that the place is close to me. There are a lot of parking spaces. Crystal make you feel so comfortable when you go in for first time for anything. Her service is 5 stars. Her store is 5 stars cute with decorations. Hard wax greater than cloth waxing!!! It feels super smooth after waxing here not like most places where I will feel pain because of my sensitive nature of my skin. Waxoff is the first place I got my hard wax and I love it! Just had my wax with Wax Off's newest waxer, Alisa. LOOOOVE it! I followed Alisa from EWC in Seal Beach all the way to this place in Fullerton (not crazy far, but still... with all that's available these days, if I'm traveling anywhere not local to me, you know it's worth it!). Alisa has been my waxer for a few years now and she is amazing! So personable, professional, and FUN! Who else would describe anything having to do with their Brazilian as fun? But it's true! Wax Off is a cute and cool little joint. Loved all the decor and the space is clean (a must!) and inviting, in a way that's different than all the chains out there. This is not a chain, btw but a woman owned and operated small business (woo!). I haven't met the owner yet, but when I called to schedule she was very prompt in returning my call (much appreciated!). I will definitely be returning for all my aesthetician needs. I only briefly scanned the menu of services offered, but I'm excited for spray tanning and I definitely have to try the Cherry Bomb (a "vajacial"!!!). This is the second time I had gotten waxed from a professional place. The first time was not a great experience and had put me off booking another appointment. I'm so glad I decided to take my chance with Wax Off and Crystal because man, the entire appointment was a breeze. Crystal was super friendly and informative. She gave me the run down of the type of wax she uses, why she uses it, and the rundown of the process. She really made me feel at ease with getting a Brazilian. The entire appointment was about 15 mins and it was a walk in the park. At no point was did I feel like it was too much or too painful. Crystal is amazing! Today was my first time for a bikini wax, which honestly did not hurt as bad as I thought. It was also my first experience with hard wax, which I LOVED! I love that Crystal was so clean, using fresh wax, a different stick every time, fresh gloves when one was removed, sanitizer for all utensils etc. She is also meticulous about getting those stubborn hairs that won't come up the first time. Not only would she do a clean up by waxing again, but would search and pluck any strands with tweezers. I love that she had me check as well; that speaks volumes of her level of customer service! I was nervous about this awkward experience, but I was made very comfortable, and will be going back. I HIGHLY recommend her! Always go to someone who has a PASSION for what they do! I had a bikini wax, half leg, stomach, and half arm. My only recommendation would be to exfoliate and keep your skin hydrated! It was painful where my skin was dry. read more
