Ignore the low reviews. I am sooo happy to have Dr Christi help me. I am a complicated case with so many UTIs the last two years, I lost count. My work insured urologists were no help even when I was in extreme pain. Offered no pain relief or imaging. Dr. Christi point blank asked me today "what can I do to help you?" It was a breath of fresh air to have a doctor listen and for me to feel HEARD. She ordered imaging so we can find some answers. She also used PCR urine tests which are more advanced than traditional cultures. I told her I recently went to Mexico to get the uromune vaccine and she mentioned she used to get that for her patients all the time (all the way from Europe), until the FDA stopped allowing it I assume. She was very intrigued and asked me how I got it, so she clearly cares about ALL of her patients. She knows her stuff and is very friendly and a good listener. Great bedside manners. read more

Its either a scam or a group comprising the most incompetent people of all time. My primary physician referred me for reoccurring UTI's. You don't see the actual doctor here - as far as I know, ever. It was found I had another UTI after the first visit. I did their CT Scan and cystoscopy as is their standard practice for any newcomer. Both looked good and did nothing to explain the constant UTI's. I was told to buy some expensive vitamins from their store and see you later. They didn't even check to see if the UTI was gone. I had to initiate another appointment. And...it was not. More antibiotics but no request for me to follow back up with them after a certain time to verify its gone and no plan to figure out what is causing them. They found something on my CT scan that needed further review from my OBGYN. I asked them to forward the scan days ahead of time and they verified they would. I went to my appointment and the OBGYN had not received anything. My feeling is that this place is pushing procedures, their sexual wellness and medspa services under the guise of a urogynecology clinic. It was utterly ridiculous. I love Dr. Christina she was amazing! I also got a blood draw by Guadalupe and she was soft handed didn't feel a thing. You feel welcomed when you walk into the Medspa with great smiles from the front desk. The young ladies were very helpful. read more

Worst service and appointment ever RUDE RUDE RECEPTIONIST My husband came to office made appointment for my 2 sons for next week all was ok. But when they came for consultation they said they scheduled another patient . Rude receptionist was totally defending herself that she didn't actually made appointment for my sons. She made for me. Although i confirmed by phone messages since they didnt answer the calls left confirmation message. Eventhough he told her look they didnt go to school because of this appointment we better make things straight without not consulting any doctors she refused. Inside the rooms there may be doctors but receptionist made a great day for us. read more

I've been with ChristiMD for many years and for several different services. The staff is very warm an d friendly. Dr. Christi is very kind and informative. They continue to add services and resources for their clients and get you in and out quickly. Any questions or concerns I have are always addressed. Great place! read more

I wish I could give -5 stars. I had appointments one after another to see the urologist and also the laser technician. They rescheduled my appointment 3-4 times as the laser technician was unavailable. They always said that they will reschedule my urologist appointment as well so I can see both the same day. For the last reschedule, when they called to say the technician was still out, I told them that I had been exposed to someone with Covid so I wouldn't be able to confirm my availability for the rescheduling and will call them Once I'm sure I'm not infected. When I called to reschedule, I was told I've $75 balance for a no show. I told them I'm not paying it and they need to take it off my account. After some back and forth they agreed to take it off. Finally a few days later, when I went for my appointment, they again asked for that $75 and then agreed to take it off. I'm gonna admit I was 10 mins late for my appointment. They said the laser technician was in a meeting so if I could do some paperwork for them (they had confirmed on the phone no additional paperwork was needed). So after 45-50 mins of wait I asked if the technician was available and the front desk very casually says do you want to reach Ike. I was like seriously after 45-50 mins wait you asking me that. Very unprofessional morons running that business. read more

The workers at this hospital are very displeasing to work with! I registered an appointment and got confirmation but when I come on appointment day they cancelled. What a waste of time. I also spent 10 minutes looking for a parking spot just for this. read more

I have never seen Doctor Pramudji; however, the process to even get in to see her is not very inviting. Before I could even be considered as a possible patient, I was given several things to do to ensure that I could see the doctor. I had to call the insurance company to ensure that they except the policy, even after I assured them that I could select the doctor of my choice( besides, all of the offices that I have visited have their front office assistance make the contact to ensure the patient is insurable). I was told to complete a packet of information and submit it to the office. After which, someone would contact me to schedule me in. (What!) How about you have someone from your office to do the legwork, after all I am paying you. I am the patient. How about allowing me to secure an appointment as soon as possible so that I can have my needs addressed and your front office calling me back if there were any issues. Better yet, what if I did not have the means to email or fax? Well, the office said that they would MAIL me the information. No. That's not good customer service. Dr Pramudji, perhaps you need to consider rethinking your policy for new patients. The front office said that this is what works best for thier office. Well, I'm in the business of serving people, and most things that I do is for the convenience of the customer. So, front office, it's not about you. It's about the patient and servicing them ASAP. The staff was great but Dr Pramudji didn't seem to have time for me as a patient. After her staff gave me tests and such, she came in and have me the options for treatment with no explanation. I asked her help in determining which was best because I didn't know what they were. I felt rushed for an answer. She then choose the most invasive option and sent me home until the appointment date. After thinking about it and looking up the options online, I called back and said I would go with the least invasive option. That was Botox which just have me repeated UTI's but didn't help the real problem. I had to keep going to my regular doctor for antibiotics to fix those. I did not return to her anymore. read more

But wait... the paperwork can't be completed in the app it has to be done on a desktop. Even if I show up early to complete the forms in person, you still have to reschedule. Poor execution on the whole process, don't waste your time. read more

I first met with Dr. Christi Pramudji in 2019. I was so pleased with her caring personality and she put me at ease about taking the bladder Botox procedure. My first procedure the assistant numbed my bladder and then administered Pronox for the pain. I was out and never actually saw Dr. Christi as she did not come in before or after they had given me the Pronox. I was very happy with the results of the procedure and was glad to give Dr. Christi a rave review. It all went downhill from there. My second procedure, the staff left me sitting in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours. They forgot about me. When I arrived for my third procedure, the girl at the front desk said she did not have me down as having an appointment even though I had talked to her over the phone a couple of days before my appointment and she remembered talking to me. I still had to reschedule and go back again. I did not see Dr. Christi at that procedure either. It seems their procedure was to bring me back into an examining room, an assistant would inject me with a numbing agent and then they would take me into another examining room where they would give me the Pronox and I would be out and not aware of the procedure. Dr. Christi would never come back in to check on me. I was told to make sure I could go to the restroom and was then sent home. They never checked my blood pressure at any time throughout any of the procedures. My third procedure, after being taken back into an exam room I was informed the Pronox had not come in and if I did not want to do the procedure without it, I would have to reschedule and come back...they did not bother to call me before I drove all the way to the office and then sat out in the waiting room to be seen before telling me this. I refused the procedure without the Pronox because even before with the Pronox I was not completely out and I nearly jumped off the table from the pain when I felt it. They did offer me a light facial and Botox on my eyes frown lines for my inconvenience. (It was not worth the trip). Dr. Christi did walk by the room and ask me how I was doing. This is the first time I had seen her since my first initial meeting with her. At my next procedure, they took me back into the examining room and numbed my bladder and T H E N told me Dr. Christi would not be performing my procedure that her assistant would be. They said she had to go home for a family emergency. I am not completely confident with this procedure but I Unhappily agreed to her assistant performing it since I was already numbed. The last time I was to go in for my procedure on September 13, 2022 the office called me beforehand and informed me that they were no longer offering the Pronox as only a few patients used it and it was not economical for them to order and offer it any more. I was assured they would be able to numb my bladder so it would not be painful and that they would take care of me. I also expressed my concern about the pain to the nurse who numbed my bladder and she assured me that other women did just fine and that I would be okay. I did see Dr. Christi that day (and later wished I hadn't) She came in and did not talk with me ahead of time and started the procedure. BELIEVE ME, the numbing they did had NO effect whatsoever, NONE! I have never experienced so much pain in my entire life and I have given birth to 3 sons and would take that pain all over again compared to this procedure. I should have made her stop but I kept thinking it had to be almost over and then she would jab me again. I truly believe it was only by the grace of GOD I did not have a stroke on that table. They never once checked my blood pressure. My body was racking with pain. When she finally finished, Dr. Christi did not show any sympathy or caring for the pain I just went through. All she said to me was, "Maybe we should consider doing it at the hospital next time, but it will cost you more." Then she walked out and I did not see her again. I could not move for the longest as even after they left my body was still racking with pain. Dr. Christi never came back in to check on me to see how I was doing. No one ever checked my blood pressure or asked me if I was okay. The assistant finally came back in and helped me get up. I could barely walk. She just told me to go to the restroom and I could go. My son had to help me to the car. He took me home and my body shook for the rest of the afternoon as I think I was in shock. I guarantee that Dr. Christi or any of her staff will NEVER touch me again. The only smallest concern for me came from the young assistant who came in to help me up. I could not believe how I had just been treated. I also cannot believe for one minute that other women have had that procedure without any other pain medication and have gone back a second time. It did not seem to concern or phase Dr. Christi at all how much pain I was in. I do not recommend her at all. read more

Arlene is the one who helped me through a critical situation and she was 5 stars. Often you only see the doctor for a short time and and mostly see the nurse.Arlene was professional and supportive in a very stressful situation. I suffered from many kidney stones. Several surgeries later I was referred to her. Well long story short she prescribed some medicine and I am now stone free for 4 years. Very nice doctor, always has a smile for you! I would recommend her to anyone! read more

Would not let me keep my appt first appt when I arrived because they didn't get my new patient paperwork before I arrived. Told me I would have had to arrive an hour earlier if I was bringing my paperwork! At no point was I told that my paperwork was required to be there before I arrived or I wouldn't be able to keep appointment. I got an email with the paperwork to complete and no where on there is that requirement. Then I emailed it to front office and they called me to say they only got 3 pages of my 11 page attachment. I emailed it 3x and faxed it just to find out that the receptionist Terri, didn't know what she was doing because she actually had the entire attachment at the first email but didn't click on "download" in the email in order to get the full attachment!!! Seriously?! And please don't tell me this is a time saver process for wait room time, because every other physician's office doesn't need to handle things this way in order to manage wait times. Besides it didn't save me anytime, considering how many attempts it took to get your staff to know what they were doing. I wish I had seen other reviews regarding this same issue before going to my appointment. I see many physicians year over year and have NEVER, and I mean NEVER, seen this as a requirement. Then I finally get my appointment just to be mis-informed by both the PA(I didn't even get to see Dr Christi) and nurses that I could have my weekly follow up appts(8 needed for my treatment) on Wednesday's, then find out at check out that the ONLY person who can do my treatment weekly is not in the office on Wednesday's. Again, SERIOUSLY??? You give the ONLY person trained in your office off during the week when your patients need to be seen and have no one as a back up?! You don't offer early hour or late hour appts either. You are only 1 of the 2 offices in town TO PROMOTE AND to offer these treatments and yet you have limited hours and only one trained person with limited availability to provide them? Don't promote solutions if you can't support your patients needs! Horrible horrible service and would never refer anyone to you. I was supposed to get a call back to confirm insurance coverage requirements for these procedures, yet it's 2 weeks later and still no follow up from their office. This office is not about patient's needs, but rather their own needs. The staff's laziness and poor attitudes mirror all the difficulties I experienced. My experience with Dr. Pramudji was completely out of this world! For starters, I am a rape victim, and trusting any kind of doctor to examine me in intimate areas is always a scary thing for me. In fact, I have had MANY doctors undermine, discredit, demean and belittle my sexual assault. It was absolutely devastating! We are taught to believe that doctors are trustworthy people, oftentimes (in the past few years) that couldn't be further from the truth. However, all of that changed with Dr. Pramudji. Her empathy, kindness, patience and regard for my emotional condition (as well as physical) was absolutely groundbreaking! In addition to her bedside manner, Dr. Pramudji really stepped up regarding my physical condition, as well. Seeing as how she's incredible, the wait list to get an appointment was about seven weeks out. This was especially unfortunate, because at that time my wedding was about eight weeks out, as well. I took a risk and decided to make the appointment anyway (trusting her amazing reviews), and I am certainly glad that I did! She gracefully squeezed in a last minute (minor) procedure right before my big day and gave me the wedding that I had always dreamt of. Upon my arrival from the honeymoon and attending my post-operative appointment, I had more testing done at her orders regarding my unique condition. She patiently went over my scans, and answered any "dumb" questions I might have had in the moment. Ultimately however, we discovered that the issue at hand was better suited for an OBGYN. And Dr. Pramudji came to the rescue again when she quickly reached out to an OBGYN colleague while I was still in the office. I managed to get an appointment that same day in that same building! I was overjoyed! About a week later, I had another procedure done, and I am now problem-free (medically speaking). Although my medical issue ended up being out of Dr. Pramudji's scope of treatment, she was still absolutely imperative in helping me to reach a solid diagnosis, and ultimately having a healthy recovery. I am in utter amazement with Dr. Pramudji and her entire team at Houston Female Urology. I have never felt so comforted and cared for within the confines of a medical practice. It was incredible to be taken in so gracefully at a practice that is literally BY WOMEN FOR WOMEN! If you need a urologist, PLEASE go to Dr. Pramudji! You will not regret it! read more
