So, my wife and I happened to stumble on to this quiet place (tucked away from the traffic on 1960 with access to both 1960 and Stuebner!!). And we were extremely impressed with the décor and setup. We travel a lot and we don't have time to make or plan our life all the way. And when we walked into a place that looked super clean and really sharp, we knew we were bout to have an experience. I have no idea how we never knew about this hidden gem and we are so glad we found them. The doctor who saw me for my Weight Loss program was very thorough. She did my EKG and spent more than 15 mins (unlike the other places I have tried). There was also a nurse or assistant present who walked me through their entire program and get this, they have a guarantee you will drop the lbs or money back! It was easy to sign up bc they wanted to take ownership of my goals and force me to follow a great program so I could get ready for my cousins wedding in March. Long story short, I received tons of supplements, and more than just a water pill to drop the lbs. They are extremely professional and some of their body contouring machines are nothing like I have even seen. I am def going back to use those! My wife on the other hand deserves full credit for finding this place. She needed Botox and her last minute search found us LIFESPAN MED SPA. Obviously, she took advantage of their promo and they were very accommodating even though we had simply walked in. She was able to have a Nurse do her exam and get the doctor to sign off for all her units. As luck would have it, they had a certified injector when we visited and she was able to get her Botox on the same visit. All in all, extremely impressive setup and people. What turned out to be a hail mary search for some Botox at a Med spa at 7pm on a Saturday night, ended up becoming a treasure box for us. I have friends who have visited medspas in the area for weightloss, hormones and facial injections, this place included, and they all had a mix of feedback that left me hesitant to try somewhere new since my move from Cypress. The staff here is amazing! I've never had any sort of cosmetic procedure like this and I was very nervous, but both nurses were so reassuring and kind that I will be going back. I have tiny veins and it usually takes a couple tries to hit them, but they had no problem, which I was extremely grateful for. Three days is early, but I'm pleased with the progress of the Botox I had, especially since I expected bruising. The facility is bright and clean, but comfortable and not intimidating for a first-timer. I really appreciated the in-depth discussion about the areas I was trying to address and what they recommended, but weren't at all pushy when I was not comfortable with fillers. I recently underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy for a wound on my foot that was not healing properly. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the staff at the HBOT center were very friendly and professional, and they answered all of my questions. DO NOT GO HERE! They left me looking like I had a stroke. I came here for my first time getting Botox. I was expecting a positive result. I was told I was getting a brow lift and instead I got a brow DROOP. I completely lost the arch to my brow and cannot even move that area. I am stuck with resting mad face. The staff refuses to refund my money for the units I purchased for my eyebrow area that they caused damage to. They said that what I'm experiencing is "normal" for Botox.
