They were on time and Willy was so nice about our 1 1/2 hour delay on the return trip. The cars were nice, new, & clean. Know worries about getting to the airport and knowing where to drop off or paying for parking. And in the middle of the night no worries about being tired and driving. I suggest that a confirmation paper be sent to the customer, shortly after the reservations are made. It should include the customer name(s). And the date, time, & location of the pickup, the flight out & the return flight. Also the phone numbers of the company & any drivers involved. And if the driver is changed the new driver should contact the customer with this information. The driver should contact the customer a week or so of the date and a text the day before and day of. This confirmation should list an itemized list of the costs and how the bill is being paid. I really think a confirmation paper would put the customers mind at ease and if there are any incorrect info that can be communicated. Again the drivers & cars were all great.

The ride to the airport was great, the driver was polite, on time, and got her there in plenty of time for her flight. However, the ride home was disasterous. She never received a confirmation call despite her flight being delayed due to weather conditions. She called the owner to confirm the reservation back, which he was disgruntled by the fact she was calling to confirm. Then the driver finally reached out with his information. When she arrived she was notified that driver had arrived and she should go to baggage claim. The driver claimed there was too much traffic to pick up at the designated rideshare pickup and he would have to go to another location. The driver should have been in the correct location knowing that traffic is part of the daily commuter problem coming in and out of Philadelphia. When she called to discuss with him, he was annoyed and dismissive of her request. She then again attempted to contact the owner with no response. She texted the owner what had happened and magically the driver got a phone call from the owner. The following ride home was concerning as the driver was on his phone and not abiding by the rules of the road. The owner called the following day not to apologize about the situation, but to act surprised that all of this had taken place. Despite the debacle, she tipped well because she felt like it was the right thing to do. This will be the last time we use such an unprofessional service. This was supposed to be a relaxing and calming experience due to the professionalism that is customary.

We did want them for the whole day, which was not a problem at all. The shuttle was very clean and beautiful black leather seats and purple party lights. There was even room in the back for all the décor and garments that needed to go to our wedding venue. Tracy was our driver and she was AWESOME! She helped us load and upload. She was personable and funny. She wasn't stressed that we left the venue a little later than scheduled (Or if she was she didn't show it). Tracy even asked if we would like to stop at sheetz or McDonalds on the way back to our hotel. There was a tight squeeze at the first drop off hotel because someone else was parked like a jerk and Tracy handled it like a BOSS. We even cheered her on! Never enter into a verbal agreement with Unique Limousine Service in Lancaster, PA. They quoted one…read moreprice and charged more than we agreed upon. When we called them on the overcharge the woman claimed i talked to someone else and that person was gone for the day and she could not give me a set price. I told her I had not authorized a charge that large and if she didn't charge me the agreed upon amount to cancel and refund my money. She said fine, but kept my money anyway. I am currently attempting to get my money back through the credit card company, they say it doesn't look good, limo services do this all the time. We were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner because we couldn't afford an amount more than we agreed upon. Beware!!!!! Apparently Limo services get away with this all the time. They don't tell you on the phone that once they've got your credit card number you essentially have given them whatever deposit they choose to pay themselves and unless you have something in writing from them with the agreed upon set amount, you are screwed, because the deposit they neglect to mention they are paying themselves is also non-refundable. They asked me for an email address and i told them i wasn't near a computer so i wouldn't receive it, but she insisted in case they needed to reach me later about anything. So i provided an email address which they apparently sent the cancellation and refund policy to knowing I would not be able to receive an e-mail until the following week. When i requested the service be cancelled because they voided the contract for service by charging an amount i did not agree to, they should have told me then they had no intention on refunding me my money. Instead she said fine when i said cancel and refund my money. If they had told us they would not refund our money, we would have used the service anyway rather than give them our hard earned money. I don't have money to give away, i don't know about any of you. But $244.00 is a lot of money for someone to receive without providing any service. And the service was cancelled hours before the driver would have dispatched, and within 5 minutes of the charge. These people were taking advantage of the fact that we desperately were attempting to get to the rehearsal dinner, and they thought we'd just roll over and pay whatever. Well, we didn't have the extra money to have an open ended charge so we missed the rehearsal dinner and my husband had a prominent role at the dinner. We were they only family of the groom to come from out of town and he was devastated we were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner, and very disappointed with Unique Limo because his friends at the hotel referred them. We've also told the hotel to take them off their referral list.

She was very organized and responsive setting up our Saturday pick up and drop off at two Lititz hotels and Monday pick up and drop off back to the train. She was prompt, friendly and efficient in all of our interactions with her. Her shuttle is super comfy and she has terrific customer service skills. Highly recommend her!
