I have passed this Doctor's care just never registered in my mind to visit until now. We either got lucky or other people forget it too as there were only 2 people in lobby area ahead of us. I think the point of urgent care is to be seen quickly and get prescriptions called in which this location delivered on. The seating/chairs are less than McCleod.

He is personable, not pushy but most of all thorough. He has a wide variety of products from which to choose. He even let me try my hearing aids for three weeks before I purchased them. I came in with a contest from one of his competitors which had me very worried. That test had dramatic errors on it and my hearing was not nearly as bad as they had led me to believe. He explained what probably happened and took care of the problem. He has been there every step of the way to service and tweak my hearing aids. I would highly, highly recommend going to see him.

They also do ear cleanings as well but doesn't charge the insurance for it, Wish they did charge the insurance though, would be easier to just get things done here. Paperwork is also prefilled out online, and one can choose the doctor to go to. Anyways, this office is located in a building with a bunch of other offices, but was easy to find directions and how to get there. Once arrived at the office, receptionist was friendly, and checked us in. Didn't wait that long until the doctor called us in. We went to Victoria Price. Victoria was very pleasant and friendly, and also helped explain things, such as the results of the hearing test. This hearing test was more of what I was used to, which is a bone conductor and two thin tubes in the inner ear. This word recognition test I did a lot better on, and it is a recorded voice. Thank goodness for second opinions. Victoria was also respectful regarding my wishes. Overall everyone was friendly, and made an appointment in September for my next hearing aid cleaning. Highly recommend this office!
