To go to our property this charge has varied even though it's the same property. I'd get in writing exactly what they will charge. One bid was more than twice what Igor quoted. We arranged for him to come out on Saturday to build the shed. He arrived at 7:15am. It took Igor longer than expected due to the uneven gravel the shed was built on top of but he didn't complain or demand more money.
