Terrible quality in workmanship. They don't back anything they do. Flashing not installed in places and poorly installed in others. 3 major that caused thousands in damage. They blame me for them damaging heat tape which was interesting. They did replace that. They are not associated with On Top Roofing. I would not use either one. read more

Hi Parker, I invite you to come back and look at your workmanship. You left improperly installed flashing that let water in. You didnt properly silicon holes/siding on my roof leaving water intrusion. When your team roofed around the swamp cooler we discovered a hole on the side which appeared to be from someone kicking the unit. Again we didnt have issues until after your roofers came. Also improperly sealed. When I asked you to come review your work you ghosted me for months, yet your wife who answers the phone told me many times you would call me back. My insurance adjuster came by and called your work 'subpar'. I had to hire another roofing company to deal with the water intrusion issues your company continued to deny responsibility for. read more

Never do business with them, they are scammining old people and dinging your insurance saying.. they can be the only people that can talk to your insurance company and that is so false and wrong so don't do business with them and after I axed them, guess I was expecting this.. and I got a lot of spam mail and nobody to blame but them. so they are vindictive even when trashed. Bottom Line: I wouldn't hire this company again. Many of the same issues mentioned in the review by Vannesa L. apply to our experience. Hindsight...her warning was valid. Take the reviews on their web page with a grain of salt and understand....It is THEIR web page. Their salesmen are the absolute best in the business. They can sell water to a fish. Unfortunately, that is where my praise ends. We experienced: endless delays, countless excuses, poor communication from them once the contract was signed, and on at least four occasions they scheduled the work and never showed up and never called. In turn, I lost four days of wages waiting for them. The job was so delayed, we are unable to have our roof done now that winter is here. They subcontract their jobs to crews from who knows where. That means the quality of work is as questionable and varied as the crews they find. When asked who the crew boss would be on one of the no-show dates, I was told he really wasn't a crew boss but more of an interpreter and it was a crew he'd never worked with. Per our agreement, we paid 50% upfront. In the long run, they did refund our payment. They stated that the company is going through some very unfortunate growing pains. I understand but as a customer flexibility on goes so far. I would suggest that if you are considering this company, read the contract carefully, have start and end dates specified and discounts for failures to meet said dates specified. I would demand that a company rep is present on the job site throughout the time to run whatever crew they have hired for the day/job. read more

We had Lifetime Roofing install a new roof in 2017, in March we found out the roof was leaking in two different spots. Our roof was not quite 5 years old at the time. Lifetime Roofing failed to install the medal flashing in the valley's resulting in the roof leaking. We have structural damage, stucco damage, and still don't even know the extent of damage to the roof or what we can't see. When calling them, I'm told I have to contact GAF that holds the warranty. They won't even send anyone out to see the shotty job that was done by their company. Do not hire them for your roofing needs! read more

I really am very happy with Lifetime Roofing and Mr. Doug Nelson. I was in a new house, my wife had just died and the reroof was part of my purchase agreement. There were insurance issues and things that required extra time and effort which Lifetime worked through without added charges. The roof was completed in 1 day and it looks fantastic. Had Lifetime repair my roof and replace shingles. From the beginning when I talked with Parker and then I got the estimate from Darin I knew this was a professional outfit that wanted me satisfied with all aspects of the experience. Darin was very attentive and visited the job site often to be sure things were on track. The craftsmen they assigned to my project led by Alfonzo were the best. I couldn't believe how hard they worked and the care they took to ensure the quality was superb. They did a great job of cleaning up our property after the work was done. DO NOT BELIEVE reviews on Lifetime Roofing website. They must be false. I believed in the comments cited in support of hiring this roofing company to install some asphalt shingles and a partial metal roof. A 5-6-day job took more than two months. News flash - they don't use their own employees. They sub out the work to secondary contractors. This allows them to not take responsibility for delays, poor work outcomes, and complete mismanagement of the job. To make matters worse, their salesman was rude and dismissive of our concerns. Finally, they left roofing materials in our yard and in our rain gutters without providing support to have the trash removed. Multiple attempts to engage with company management to discuss our concerns and seek some forms of compromise were rejected out of hand. It would be a HUGE mistake to hire them. The owner did not and will not make himself/herself available to communicate with directly. Apparently hiding behind front line employees to avoid dealing with unsatisfied customers. We have built seven homes and worked with many contractors, this by far was the worst experience we have ever had. Avoid Lifetime Roofing at all costs. read more

Company has scheduled twice to install now and just doesn't show up with a contract that was signed over a month ago. I suggested we cancel and they refund my deposit but they refuse. Cannot speak to quality of roof but customer service is awful, especially the way they maintain relationships. I would never recommend them. read more

I received a bid from Lifetime Roofing and although they were the highest bid of the three I received I chose to use them because they were responsive and attentive. However, they required a 50% deposit at signing of a contract which would occur several months before they would spend any money on materials and a month or two more before they started work. I asked them to allow me to post a 10% deposit at signing and pay another 40% upon receipt of an invoice from their distributor for the materials. They agreed in emails but they refused to alter their contract which says 50% due at signing. Therefore I did not use them. It was quite frustrating to negotiate a deal but have them refuse to actually document the deal we negotiated. They kept saying it was a huge deal to modify the contract. Which is of course the point. The contract is what matters and nothing we say or communicate outside the contract matters. So no, it is not appropriate to say one thing but insist on something else in the contract. That is a deceptive business practice and courts generally frown upon it. read more

They actually started the project earlier than expected and replaced my 22 year old roof in 2.5 days...fast. Clean up each day was excellent and the crew worked fast and hard. This company did not put down the shingles correctly at the beginning. So now water has caused damage to my garage porch as a result. They are unwilling to make the appropriate repair for the damage done. The office person Linda will never return your call as I have attempt to leave a message every day with an attempt to find a resolution. Do not use this company for roof service!!!! read more

These people did a great job. They cleaned everything up before they left. I did have a problem. They thought I didn't need my old fashioned roof TV antena. I couldn't get any TV after that was thrown away. I had MANY stations before that. I was told to order a new antena. When it came, Steve promptly came and deligently worked to get the antena up and now I have many TV stations again. I am happy. Edith Strahl read more

Poor installation...i had a roof installed at the end of 2013 and since then have had nothing but leaks. At one point the entire corner of the roof almost caved in from the poor installation. It damaged thousands of dollars of equipment. I have had 3 different companies go out and tell me the roof was poorly installed and 2 said it needs to be completely redone. We spent over $50,000 to get this roof replaced only to have more problems than before. after several attempts to reach out to these guys with no call back or returned email, i found out that JJ mysteriously left in the middle of the project. Parker the the owner came out a couple of times before he eventually stopped returning phone calls and emails. it has taken me this long to air this dirty laundry because now i have to pay to get a new roof! i have tried to reach out to them again to see if we can work something out, but no luck. Good price. Job completed quickly. The roof looks good and the best part no more water in the kitchen when it rains! The only issue I noticed was my bathroom vent pipe had not been replaced, they had covered it over... I called them up explained the issue. They said it was ok to vent into the attic. I, however, explained there was a vent pipe on there before and I didn't want it being vented into the attic. They said they will have someone out to correct the issue within the next couple weeks. I have no reason to think they will not and as soon as it is fixed I'll change this review to 5 stars. read more
