I ave been using them for the last 4 years. appointments are easy to make,the drivers are ALWAYS on time, if not a little early. Vehicles are always clean, drivers always friendly. I requested a larger vehicle because it is very hard to get in and out of the smaller ones and it's never been a problem. I would recommend them to anyone. Just wish they had a phone app. read more

Recently used this service for the first time. I am completely impressed. The dispatcher was quick to set up my account and book transportation. The transportation team - Doc and Herold are amazing. Pickup was punctual. They were even early. Transferring Dad onto the Gurnee was handled with a lot of care. Doc is a exceptional driver. I felt completely safe and at ease. They left me stranded after insisting that even though my MRI was late at night they have 24 hour service for return trips they never answered their phone. I was on hold from 10:30pm until after midnight, then disconnected. When I called back the message said there were no agents available to take calls. I don't have any ride share apps, so no saved cards even if I could download it. Since I was going to an MRI and I knew I would have to leave all my stuff in a locker, which I don't trust, I didn't bring any cash or credit cards. As I write this I am walking through some of the worst neighborhoods in Vegas on a four hour walk home. THEY LEFT ME STRANDED, I HAVE TO WALK FOUR HOURS HOME, IM DISABLED, BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY! read more

They took me to desert radiologist on a stretcher and left me there. I couldn't get off the table for the cat scan. I tied up there machine ( thank God i was the last patient that needed it that night) it was closing time and they had to keep all the staff past closing time. And the security guard. Then I. Great company! My mom have used them several time with great experience always! Drivers are very attentive, kind and courteous! Driving very carefully. Not only that they showed up on time, but early! The manager, Cobra, help me with arrangement with the nursing facility where my mom was staying; if you have a question, do not hesitate to call. Because my medicare lumped me in with Intermountain healthcare i had to use Lifetrans for doctors appointments. I am 50 and this is in the top 3 worst companies i have had to deal with in my life. Total incompetent people who answer their phones and the worst customer service ever!! I feel so sorry for elderly people who have to deal with this horrible so called company. I wish I could give a zero. Absolutely horrible in every way possible. They are rude- you can't get through, by the time you do- it's too late to schedule!!! I actually wish I could give them -5!!! Strict rules for the passengers with scheduling and confirmations, but full of excuses when they fail to be held to the same standards.

Wish I could give a zero...only giving a 1 because the drivers were on time. Apart from that, they are UNprofessional, playing hip hop/rap music on their van radio which is very annoying to sick/ill people they are transporting to and from dr. appts. This is supposed to be a medical transport company, not hip/hop radio music time for the drivers. Drivers are semi-rude and don't communicate well with the medical clients they transport, don't offer to help with getting in and out, some drivers just sit there and don't look up. Changes need to be made in this company, which starts at the top. If you can avoid using this service, please do so! read more

These guys have no regard to others. They were speeding like crazy through the Albertsons parking lot at Charleston & Town Center and almost ran over me and a family with two children.
