The accounting and billing for Lifeworx is a disaster. They didn't bill my credit card for several months and when they did I got zinged with a massive bill that had many errors. It took weeks to sort out, mostly because they were non-responsive. As a result I cancelled my service. I just now got a bill from services provided 9 months ago. They put ads in looking for people looking for nannies. I call and say are these ads real? They say "yes". I go through laborious application process. They run background checks, contact previous employers. Then they have you come in so they can go all over everything once again. I asked" Are there jobs". She says "no". Are you kidding me? They have the nerve to go through your background, call everyone and for what? Stay away.... there is nothing for you here. Very disappointed. All these agencies have salespeople on commission and are just looking to put you in a database that goes nowhere. read more
