That appointment takes about 1 hour and reviews your issues at great detail. We also started the treatment right away and I received a customized exercise plan for home too. Scheduling an appointment is a bit tough as they are in high demand but they call you if a last minute cancellation occurs. I was fortunate and only had to wait 2 days. One "gripe" is the somewhat redundant paperwork but it was worth it in the end. I also recommend to book follow-up appointments right away for at least three weeks out. Didn't I say they are in demand because they are just awesome.

Food was well prepared -- Dining Room staff is scarce. Took nearly 1 1/2hrs to have 80+ y.o wait for their full lunch. After having a very difficult respite experience at another facility last year, I was extremely nervous about trying again. As a caregiver, leaving someone you love in the care of others is not easy. From the moment we walked into Putnam Ridge, I felt a difference. We were warmly welcomed, the facility was clean and smelled clean, the residents were well cared for, and everyone we encountered was friendly and spoke to us. I talked to my mom almost every day while I was away, and hearing how strong and comfortable she sounded gave me a sense of peace I did not have last year.
