Siding, roof snd gutters look great and are functioning well. It appears to me that the company relies on long history too much. Sales and service support could be enhanced. I didn't find these to be Ryan McGlinch's primary skills. Our project manager was very polite. However, was not here often enough and didn't demand accuracy and follow through from a homeowner's perspective. At time of the project and soon afterwards I was very disappointed and stressed that I had to request a number of follow up calls for work omissions. In fairness to McGlinch associates, they responded to address, correct mistakes of the initial crews thus demonstrating that final customer satisfaction is a high priority. To improve, McGlinch could be more proactive ensuring detailed work is accurately completed, and provide a process for customer satisfaction without requiring the customer to become upset and then have to complain to get a required response.

The owner has been courteous and friendly. He explained what the job entailed and the materials that would be used. His assistant Wolfgang was great too. They did the roof in a day and did a good clean up job. Some of the siding had to be adjusted but so far does not seem like any thing major. There were a few issues with a few items that needed addressed but the owner addressed them quickly. I did find out that I had to get my satellite reinstalled because it was on my roof which was unknown to me but obvious when you think about it. Direct tv is going to charge me $49 to reinstall but I will deal with that with them. Overall, so far it has been a good job. One last item is the dumpster but it is the weekend. Thanks for a quick and tidy job. It is appreciated.

However, they had tons of administrative "bloat" in the form of managers assuring us it would all be done correctly and very little in the way of field presence to tackle the actual problems. Everyone just kept reassuring us the next person would take care of it, until it was "just live with it" for a lot of the issues. The "owners" also left ominous feedback on our Google review, wishing they could "look up our account to find out what went wrong." We emailed them directly to get in touch if they wanted to come see for themselves... they never did.
