I had the pleasure of working with BCM Roofing again. This time I needed roof, gutter and gutter guard repairs due to a truck of some kind backing into the corner of the gutter at the driveway. BCM was able to get the repairs done quickly even though the weather was horrible. I hated they had to work in snow but they did a great job. After several years since working with them before I can still count on the Scott and Jake to take care of my roof or gutter needs because they are still there and they aren't going anywhere! BCM Roofing had put on our roof a few years ago and so I knew they were the company I wanted to fix my gutters when my gutter cleaners noticed the problem. They had to replace fascia, install a new gutter, and realign another gutter. They brought the fascia with plenty of time for me to paint it so it would be ready for them. The crew of 3 were friendly, professional, and you could easily see they'd done this before. BCM replaced my roof and 3 skylights and I am beyond pleased with the experience. I got three estimates and they excelled in every service and were still the least expensive. They were extremely professional and accommodating. Their installation crew was so impressive and hard-working. They showed up promptly and worked for 12 hours both days. We had an old leaking skylight and we called BCM Roofing to take a look. they came out the next day. We decided to replace the skylight and gave a firm quote. The installation was completed; they cleaned up and no more leaking. There was a manufacturer's problem with the skylight, they contacted the manufacturer and setup an appointment. it was fixed in one day. At all times BCM kept us informed. We woke up on Monday morning to water coming in our living room after high winds damaged our roof. BCM Roofing had someone at our home on Monday afternoon, tarped the roof on Tuesday morning (there was no rain forecast for Monday night or they would have done it sooner), and a new roof was complete on Friday. BCM personnel did an excellent job replacing the roof and gutters. They discovered and replaced many sheets of plywood and fascia boards that were rotted out causing leaks into my house. The Landmark Pro shingles look really good and the new 6" gutters are much more efficient than the original ones. I do recommend them without reservation. read more
