He took our measurements for all hardwood upstairs, one guest room downstairs, carpet in basement theater room, and carpet on basement steps. We wanted them to come back out to make sure something wasn't backed up still or knocked loose. They told us they would come back but if they didn't make a mistake they would charge us for the visit. The charge for the initial service was another thing. They came and asked for $800+ to clean the gutters. We asked why so much and they lowered to $350 just like that. That makes me question their honesty. Gutter companies are a dime a dozen and we will not be using them again. The tech that came out was nice and did the work the manager is the one I question.
