We got the Roof Butler's name through a friend who recently used them, and we scheduled a time to access the issue. Todd Baraff, one of the owners, took great strides in looking inside and out to determine the source of the leak and provide instructions on the work needed. In doing so, he noticed several damaged shingles from previous weather and suggested we contact our insurance company. After opening a claim, we coordinated with Todd and the adjuster to review the damage, and our insurance agent determined they would replace the roof. All with the help from Todd. When it came time for the work, The Roof Butler's crew showed up, cleared the old shingles, laid down the decking, and installed the new roofing in one day. They had someone on-site to manage the workers and answer any questions. When the work was complete, the crew cleaned up and blew off the area around the house. We got several quotes, and this quote was very fair. Our stoop had decorating mortar. They cut all of the old mortar out and replaced it with mortar that matched the rest of our brick. They replaced a few crumbling/broken bricks. They then extended two narrow stairs to make them the width of the stoop with additional bricks. This involved digging out dirt and pouring a concrete foundation before extending the steps. You can't tell the difference between where the old steps ended and where the add on started. They were kind, friendly, and conscientious. They said it the job would take 4 days. Four days later it was done. I have had so many bad experiences with home repair. This was not one of them. I would recommend this company if you are needing brick work done.

Everything started out fine with the service but after the first year our lawn was actually looking worse than before. Multiple emails and call to the company went unanswered until finally someone in the office reviewed some of the pictures I sent and offered their advice based on the pictures. They also for a full year neglected my fescue in the backyard and it has since all died and been replaced with moss. The Bermuda in the front has fair well but is always riddled with weeds they they "take care of" on various trips but I found myself pulling and testing them myself. We stuck with them for two years and no I'm off the service completely. It seems once I put in my notice to cancel they started doing only the minimum effort. They did the last treatment in March and I now have more weeds then I think I ever did since starting the service. I asked over and over to have someone consult with me on the condition of the yard. All I wanted was to get clarity on needs of the lawn and understand what I needed if anything to do.
