It is best to book them far enough in advance though. If you give them little time to find someone, or do it on a holiday or late in the day, expect to be charged a bit more. On our return ride will call, they first wanted to make us wait 3 hours for a pick up. Then I got them to agree to 25 minutes, still long considering Lyft comes in under 5 minutes. Then the driver never showed up. Also, they don't send confirmation texts giving you the car's description and plate number. Very unreliable and I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.
