Dont trust your loved one with just any transportation service. Another company that was sent thru insurance had picked up my father for an appt and left him in the wrong appt area and drove off!!! Horrible ride transport company. I will never use them again. Our 1st pick up driver went to the…read morewrong location. The gps kept giving them the wrong directions. On our return ride will call, they first wanted to make us wait 3 hours for a pick up. Then I got them to agree to 25 minutes, still long considering Lyft comes in under 5 minutes. Then the driver never showed up. Also, they don't send confirmation texts giving you the car's description and plate number. Very unreliable and I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.
