From the beginning I told him we had only PayPal or Venmo to make the payment for the cleaning that he did on Wednesday and I just can't seem to understand even today if the kid CAN'T read. He behaved like the pool cleaning wasn't going to be paid and started texting uncontrollably to pay him, that I wasn't being fair etc (I'm attaching screenshots) when I told him from the beginning that we didn't have cash, cards or checks and needed to pay via one of the methods used and he just kept sending the payment link which doesn't have the option of paying with PayPal or Venmo so I decided to wait until our cards arrived in the mail on Friday (today) to go ahead and proceed with both of the quotes he gave us which was $580 for fixing the motor of the pool and $75 for the pool cleaning. He still decided to behave as if though we need to request someone cleans the pool for free and were never going to pay him. They are prompt in answering and he accommodated for his employee to come out on Wednesday and treated the pool for a bit of algae that had accumulated due to the motor being damaged but the way he handles business is unfortunately not good. We were going to hire his company for our monthly plus the fixing of the motor and he completely ruined that because of the way he behaved. The storm threw everything in the pool alot of palm fronds that blew off neighboring palm trees. So when clean up began my husband concentrated on the pool to get it back up and running. While working on the pool equipment a pipe broke. We called a pool guy we used in the past but since he personally was without power for more than a week he referred us out to another guy,who didn't even call us back. So I look on Yelp and find this place. Close to where we live and pictured was the same salt chorinated system that we have. So I call and leave a message a couple days went by and I figured we were doomed. Than I got a call and an apology that my message went to spam. We told her our issue as well as sent a photo. From the photo she ordered the part and scheduled an appointment for today. Well they came while we were at work. I thought for sure that they weren't coming as I never got a call for payment as we were quoted a price for the repair. They are responsible, responsive and communicative. There were some issues with the actual filtering system we have in our home and since the moment Gabriel first came to visit he made sure to equip me with the right staff to come check the system and an electrician to double check that it wasn't anything related to the wiring that was affecting the pump. Needless to say they resolved the issue in less than a week and have been extremely attentive.
