Mario was incredibly accommodating with our unusual schedule. He showed up early, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job--all at a very reasonable price. When he returned to complete the installation, we asked if he could take care of a few additional items. He didn't hesitate, even using some of his own materials to help us out. He also shared valuable advice and insights that were extremely helpful for our project. Although he honored his original quote without any increase, we felt it was only right to pay him a little extra as a professional courtesy. We'll absolutely work with him again. Later, as we moved toward the ceiling fans, one associate appeared behind the desk Up the ramp to the ceiling fan section and across the store sat another check out counter with computers. We looked at several different ceiling fans - scanning QR codes, discussing sizing, etc. As we continued shopping, we couldn't help notice the two associates near the counter who seemed happier chatting amongst themselves than selling merchandise. We were in the store a MINIMUM of 15 minutes - looking, scanning, discussing, and NOT ONE team member approached us. No wonder they feel the need to have so many cameras - they have no associates who care! It wasn't a total loss, though, we shared a few chuckles taking bets on prices before scanning the QR codes. So I went around the vehicle and got in front of them and they started throwing hands at me. If you're going to treat your community like this, you probably treat your customers just as poorly.
