To me, they're the only permanent lights vendor that offer lights that match the size and brightness of the traditional C7-C9 holiday light bulbs which I loved. While I was originally resistant to upgrade to permanent lighting as I didn't love the aesthetics of the other vendors, when we found this company, I changed my mind due to the dramatically larger bulb size. I love that we can change the colors to match game night (Cowboys, Spurs, etc) beyond just holidays. We're really impressed with the lights. We experienced some isolated install issues and delays which resulted in an extra long install. However, the owner Jaime and sales rep, Stephen, went above and beyond to ensure our total satisfaction and even gave us a discount and some freebies to compensate for the trouble. I don't believe this would be an issue with other clients due to the nature of the delays. Stephen is very responsive and provides wonderful customer service. No wonder they feel the need to have so many cameras - they have no associates who care! It wasn't a total loss, though, we shared a few chuckles taking bets on prices before scanning the QR codes.
