Extremely overpriced. I bought 3 packs of 4 lightbulbs for $75. Looked the same bulbs up online and found them everywhere else for $15 a pack. I paid $30 more from this place. They are ripping people off. I tried to return them and they only offered a store credit. I feel so taken advantage of. I will never there again. They have pretty much every lightbulb made as well as some cool fixtures. Recently I bought 3 3500k MR-16 bulbs. They were a little pricy but, LED so very long life. When I got them home they were a little too "yello" so I decided to bring them back and swap them for 4000k lamps. Probkem is, I had lost the receipt. Instead of hassling metge girl was like "don't sweat it, here's an EXTRA" and replaced my three bulbs wiuth FOUR! These guys have always been solid. I would definitely recommend! read more

Hi, I would like to take a moment to talk about how great the Light Bulb Warehouse treats me every time I walk in there store. They not only greet you with a friendly smile but there so knowledgeable on the kind of light or bulb you need. They found a bulb I needed for my GE vented hood and I thought I would try to see if they would have it and I was told from all the GE certified dealerships that I would need to go through GE and they were the only place I would find this Bulb I needed but come to my surprise they were wrong!! I found the same bulb not for $37 dollars but for $16 dollars and it was the exact same bulb GE dealers was selling. I have gone here a few times, and every time disappointed by either (1) price, (2) knowledge and (3) service. This time included all three and a new one...RETURN POLICY. My most recent experience... I needed a same day lighting solution and thought...we'll, I'll try one more time. I explained my application, an outdoor BBQ island, and provided a drawing and photos. I was advised the strip lighting with 12v power was the way to go, regardless of the outdoor environmental exposure. When we specifically addressed the potential exposure to moisture and rain, I was told it would be fine. Based on the information I was provided, I took it to the project and confidently left it for my electrician. Because everyone knows projects don't stick to a schedule, you should consider that before you buy here. As soon as my contractor arrived to the project, two days later, he called and explained exactly how dangerous the product was for the application. Completely CONTRADICTING EVERYTHING the sales consultant advised. The earliest I could get back to the project, a few more days had gone by, then a couple days more before I was in the area when I tried to return the kit. In all, about a week had gone by. The same sales consultant refused to return it, even though she was the one that gave me the wrong information upon which I relied in making my decision. Clearly the receipt says 3 day return policy followed by NO returns and no exceptions, although I didn't see it until I tried to return it...after all who reads a receipt before you purchase an item. Also, there was a sign way above the counter...but I was looking at the sales consultants face and the products she was presenting as viable options...and the sign blends in with all the other signs and is out of line of sight. One would expect GENERAL product knowledge from a big box store sales staff, but not from a specialty store...especially when it comes to electrical items. I shop specialty stores when I need qualified and professional knowable staff. My grievances.... This place is overly priced. The staff lacks knowledge, but presents themselves as industry professionals. The return policy is a joke. If you are singularly focused on a one day project, you might be able to return something you purchase under false information..but really, probably not. It is definitely not contractor or consumer friendly...or even realistic. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I have been trying to order 17 outdoor lighting fixtures for months. I spent many hours online and also went to every lighting store that I could find. Anytime I found a fixture that would work, it would be out of stock. I suppose this isn't surprising due to supply chain issues, but no one was helpful until I went into the Light Bulb Warehouse. I worked with Abby, and she showed me what she had in the type of outdoor fixtures I wanted (marine grade or powder coated, contemporary clean lines).
