I have used S&S for several different appliance repairs for my rental. They are very reasonable and…read morenormally reliable. I called them because the water dispenser wasn't working on my own fridge and they came to check it out. I was told that they would be able to get the part and come back the next day. When I didn't hear back I called and was told that they are very busy and unable to do the repair right away. Every time I called there was an issue with availability or that they were in a different area that day. In addition, I found the part on amazon for half the price. I understand that it's difficult for them to schedule a repair time until the actual day (at 10am they tell you when they can come that day), however I still haven't received a call back-and it's been 2 wks, so I just looked it up on youtube and did it myself. It's unfortunate, because I had always liked their service prior to this.
