She told me they could reschedule for NEXT WEEK. I explained I was in such pain, I would gladly wait in hopes doctor could squeeze me in (waiting room was empty). But Lindsay said she couldn't allow that. I showed her the text message which had no mention of arriving at 1230 to do paperwork (why didn't they make my appointment say 1230 then, not 1 pm?) I think Lindsay was being arbitrary and unsympathetic. She needs to realize she is the face of this office and her uncaring attitude taints the entire clinic's perception. No, I won't be rescheduling with this place.
